Unprofessional!

We booked the villa, the next day they emailed us saying that they cannot accommodate us because the villa is overbooked. Expedia already charged us, and we have to go through the refunding process which gave us a big headache. The way the emailed is so unprofessional too.

Out of my expectations

This the best family villa i have encounter. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Everything in this villa is remarkable. With private pool facing the field and the surrounded with greenery view, its a best place to relax here. We requested for massage therapy and the staff without hesitation make all the necessary phone calls and arrangement for the massage personnel to come to our villa. Breakfast is cooked only when we show up ourselves. For sure will come back again.
