Cost stay in Ubud

Karang Lila was very cosy and super friendly. They were further from the city centre but they always were driving us to the palace for free. The breakfast was amazing too. They have a swimming pool but we never tried it.

Entretien à revoir

Le personnel ainsi que le manager sont très agréables, cependant l'établissement manque clairement d'entretien et la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée n'était pas propre. Dommage car l'hôtel est situé au calme à quelques minutes du centre d'Ubud et une navette gratuite peut vous y conduire. Nous avons demandé à quitter l'hôtel dès la première nuit alors que nous devions y séjourner 5 nuits, le manager a reconnu que nos réclamations étaient fondées et nous a remboursé le séjour que nous avions réglé avant notre arrivée.
