BE WARNED! This is the worst place I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. I didn’t even manage to spend the night after discovering how mouldy and rancid the bed was.
After a difficult check in where they didn’t actually know we had booked, we got to the room and were met with the smell of cigarette smoke and mould. Checked the bathroom to find a stained toilet, filthy bathtub, grubby tiles and no soap, that should have been a sign.
We went out for the day and came back around 8pm, the smell of smoke had dissipated and all we were left with was mould. We took the sheets off the bed to find it was covered in black mould. We showed the staff a pillow and said we wanted a new room, she just put an extra case on the pillow, said no spare and that it would be fine. We packed our bags and left immediately. In the following days I received messages from the owner saying I need to cancel my booking because they don’t want to pay the commission for me and that if I want somewhere clean I should stay in a 5* hotel.
Never in my life have I encountered someone so incompetent at running a hotel and so disgusting for thinking any of this was ok.
Booked for 5 nights, lasted 5 hours, no refund, just abuse via message.
If you value your life, don’t risk it staying here. The photos don’t even do justice to how vile this place is…
Nowhere should be allowed to operate under these standards.
