Good place & location just need little improvement

The hotel located in the center of Ubud, nice location. Easy access to some good restaurants & shops. Nice ambience .The staff are friendly & helpful . The room a bit outdated , not very well maintained, TV channels very limited , only local TV channels and poor images. The bathroom wall has some soap stain, Towel was dirty, found some spots on the towel hence we have to request them to replenish . Breakfast only limited options.Other than that , all good with our stay.

Overall OK. Staff really nice and friendly and were really helpful assisting us in booking scooters to hire. Hotel is in a good location to walk to plenty of shops and restaurants. Could do with some refurbishment but all functional. There are really sexually explicit monkey statues at the entrance which is a bit off-putting and gives a bad impression.

Would definitely return

Gana is a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet resort. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room I had was lovely, big, and well laid out. The grounds are stunning, with two small rice areas. I really enjoyed my two night stay there and would definitely go back!

Well connected place, still quiet and comfortable

Nothing Jazzy. But good clean,comfortable stay. You can walk to the grocery stores or restaurants. Good value for money.

Nous avons passés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel.. établissement très correct avec tout le confort nécessaire mais sans plus. La piscine ne donne pas très envie et vous n’y mangerez jamais le soir car les prix sont plus chers qu’autour de l’hotel.

Schönes Höhe in Ubud zum wohlfühlen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schneller Check In. Ein Schönes sauberes Zimmer sogar mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Anlage selber fand ich richtig schön. Einfach zum wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück nach Karte hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Lage ist gut, im Hotel kann man Essen und in der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Restaurants. Preis Leistung unschlagbar...

Bien situé, tres bonne accueil et surout la responsable au top que vous pouvez joindre par mail pour toute demande , réservation ou information. Chambre propre mis a part des bestioles qui peuvent s’incruster mais on est dans la jungle .Bon petit déjeuner et personnel top.
