Melhorias, já! Nos mínimos detalhes!

Estava viajando com meu esposo e filhos, um de 5 (que inclusive é uma criança atípica) e outro de 2. Solicitei 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. Chegando no quarto, encontramos 4 camas de solteiro e um dos pés da cama estava quebrado. Tentei a troca de quarto, mas sem sucesso. Tivemos que colocar o colchão no chão e ao mexer na mobília, encontramos uma garrafa de água embaixo da cama (obviamente da hospedagem anterior), indicando que o quarto não foi bem limpo. A acústica dos quartos é ruim, ouvindo claramente os quartos de cima e dos lados e isso passava da 00:00. Éramos 4 e recebemos 2 cobertores. Café da manhã sem opções de bebida (maquinário quebrado) e limitado. Paguei por um quarto quádruplo, por um valor maior e recebi o que seria um triplo. Equipe despreparada e sem iniciativa. Não encontraram uma forma de me ajudar.

Triste ter que avaliar assim. Recepção vazia na chegada. Sem qualquer tipo de gentileza no atendimento. Sem informações básicas (Internet, local do café, etc) quarto apenas com lençol. Sem cabides, sem disponibilidade de controles de TV ou ar condicionado. A janela dava pra um canteiro onde - acredita se quiser - ficava um pequeno banco, de onde sentou-se uma pessoa (que não faço ideia de quem fosse) e ficava no telefone com alguém (das dez à meia noite) ou jogando joguinho de celular (às 4 da manhã). Sem qualquer respeito por quem pagou por uma noite de sono.

Quarto razoável. O valor da refeição no restaurante Graal muito caro. Deveria haver um desconto pra quem se hospeda. O café da manhã razoável, porém não havia chocolate para crianças e o café tivemos que aguardar 15/20 minutos para ser reposto. Não há segurança par estacionar. O veículo ao lado do Meu teve seu vidro quebrado e bens levados.
