Precisam melhorar os quartos

Ficamos com problemas no banheiro, o ralo do chuveiro não descia a água, e a torneira ficava pingando, frigobar com cheiro estranho e nao funcionava corretamente. Fomos ate a recepção informar, nos foi dito que iria alguém arrumar e nao foram. Cafe da manha ok, piscina nao mto limpa, nao tem camareira. No geral as praias próximas são otimas.

O quarto estava precário, vitro do banheiro e maçaneta quebrada, tinha um tal de mini bar imitando um frigobar que não prestava pra nada só pra fazer barulho (não gela e nem mantém a temperatura como informações) cama quebrada; fiquei hospedada 4 noites, pedi para limpar o quarto apenas uma vez e esqueceram; pontos positivos café da manhã bom e funcionários atenciosos . Não recomendo

Viajamos eu e minha filha de 17 anos. O quarto não estava pronto na hora em que chegamos: 14 horas do dia 2 de março. Esperamos até arrumarem o apartamento. Nâo tinha toalhas de banho disponíveis. Alegaram que a lavanderia estava atrasada. Não tinha sabonete e nem shampoo. No dia seguinte não permitiram late check out nem de meia hora. Ar condicionado barulhento. Funcionários inflexíveis e mal treinados. Café da manhã fraco demais.

Foi uma boa estadia, a cama era confortável, frigobar funcionando, apenas a localização em que acreditávamos ser em Ubatuba mas ficou distante da cidade. O exaustor do banheiro não funcionou durante a estadia e reportamos a recepção que infelizmente não conseguiu auxiliar. Ficaria no local novamente, porém, pelo preço acredito que possam ter opções melhores.

Não recomendo, qualidade a desejar

Ruim, pelo valor da hospedagem esperava ser melhor. Frigobar não funcionava, achamos que era quarto mas o funcionário nos levou a outro apartamento e o mesmo estava igual. Perdi minha medicação por isso, não imaginava que não funcionava, colocamos e saímos quando voltamos a medicação estava natural, frigobares ruins sem gelar. Qualidade das toalhas e papel higiênico péssimo. Café da manhã tudo bem razoável, se resumia a fruta, pão, queijo e presunto. Os demais itens bem ruins só para compor itens. Nem sanduicheira para esquentar o pão tinha. Acho desnecessário pro valor cobrado. Localização bem razoável, longe demais do centro e com o trânsito piora, levávamos 1h pra mais pra chegar no centro. Não recomendo.

O hotel é bem localizado . Peca em detalhes A recepcionista levou mais de 24 horas para achar minha reserva e me causou constrangimento. Não tem cabides , guardas sois na piscina , o restaurante não funciona no almoço e jantar , e o quarto é bem barulhento com a passagem de carros e motos na estrada
