Gostei muito de ter passado um final de semana junto com minha familia neste lugar incrível, a casa eh bem aconchegante. Gostamos muito da Tania que nos orientou e sempre ficava a nossa disposição. A piscina com vista ao mar é incrível.

Alugamos a casa para o fim de semana da corrida `Desafio 28 Praias` e não poderia ter sido melhor! A casa já parece ótima pelas fotos, mas quando chegamos lá, ficamos encantados! A casa é enorme, quartos e banheiros bem distribuídos, salas, piscina, churrasqueira, tudo muito legal!! A localização foi providencial para o nosso desafio, pois ficava na chegada da prova. Foi a melhor escolha!! Aproveitamos a casa, a praia e a corrida! Voltamos renovados, querendo já marcar uma nova data! A Marjorie foi sempre muito solícita e a Tânia (caseira) foi bastante atenciosa e prestativa! Obrigada pelo fim de semana!!

Sem dúvidas as férias na casa da Marjorie são inesquecíveis. A casa é um espetáculo, com itens de muito bom gosto, extremo conforto e segurança. Não precisa sair de lá para nada. Encantados pela casa

Bom, todo ano eu e minha família vamos para Ubatuba e geralmente alugamos o lugar para ficarmos por meio de alguma indicação. Esse ano em especial resolvemos reunir algumas gerações... avós, pai e netos e por isso estavamos na procura de uma casa confortável, que atendesse bem, que fosse pé na areia, tivesse piscina e ainda a praia fosse tranquila. De fato encontramos o que queriamos... desde o primeiro momento a Marjorie foi super atenciosa, nos tirou várias dúvidas e ainda nos tranquilizou a respeito do aluguel. As fotos da casa são fidedignas, na verdade, pessoalmente ficamos ainda mais impressionados com a beleza e o zelo em todos os cantos. É tudo muito limpinho, a casa é super espaçosa e bem estruturada, atende confortavelmente 15 pessoas. Além disso a Tânia, a caseira, é super atenciosa e prestativa, a casa estava sempre organizada e limpa. A área da churrasqueira é uma delícia e todos aproveitaram a piscina, a altura dela é ótima. A praia é bem reservada, super tranquila, não possui vendedores ambulantes, apenas o cara do sorvete que passou enquanto estávamos por lá, nós que gostamos de sossego ficamos ainda mais encantados. E para completar ainda tivemos como presente de natal a presença do Cauã, ele é neto da Tânia e é uma criança super doce e educada, para a alegria do meu sobrinho de nove anos esse foi o nosso brinde da casa, os dois viraram amigos e brincaram até. Nossa experiência foi maravilhosa e só temos a agradecer. Recomendamos e em breve voltaremos.

Ficamos o feriado inteiro de finados neste imóvel, e desde o começo fomos muito bem atendidos pela Marjorie, e também pela Tânia. O fato da casa ser pé na areia, o mar acabou ficando em segundo plano, e aproveitamos muito a área de lazer(piscina+churrasqueira+ geladeira -4°) 😃😃😃. A limpeza e os móveis estavam impecáveis. A praia é ótima para quem quer descansar e curtir com crianças. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!
