Property with two bedrooms located in Lázaro, in front of Sununga Beach. The top of the townhouse is a suite with a small balcony and a beautiful view of the beach. In the ground floor we have a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a well equipped kitchen, plus covered barbecue and garage for 2 cars. It has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedrooms, and SKY TV in the living room and in the suite. We have 4 beach chairs and a sun umbrella. Property in temporary lease since 2012.
The vacation home features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a refrigerator, and an oven.
