Muito bom o local , o condomínio, a localização e muito atencioso o dono do imóvel! Tudo ocorreu maravilhosamente bem ! Muito próximo à praia , 5 minutos a pé , com um brinde , supermercado ao lado do condomínio!! Condomínio muito sossegado , seguro e com ambiente familiar !! Imóvel muito limpo e organizado, mercado e pizzaria bem ao lado, para chegar na praia é só atravessar a rua, inclusive com uma faixa de pedestre na porta do prédio, o que facilita muito. Sr. Augusto o zelador, muito atencioso e nos ajudou bastante. Condomínio tem uma ótima infraestrutura, com piscina e churrasqueira.
