Atendimento muito bom!

O acesso ao local (indicado pelo waze) é muito ruim, por ruas de terra com muitos buracos (algumas crateras rsrs). Há um outro acesso bem melhor, que também é por rua de terra, mas com menos buracos. A recepção na pousada foi excelente. Chegamos na pousada aproximadamente às 22h e fomos muito bem recebidos. A pousada possui uma piscina com cascata muito boa e ótima área externa com churrasqueira (alugada ao valor de 80 reais). A vista da área da piscina da pousada é SENSACIONAL. Alguns quartos possuem vista para a praia também. O quarto possui um bom tamanho e com uma boa varanda. O banheiro possui um bom tamanho (só fica uma dica para a limpeza... utilizem cloro ativo na parte de baixo do box para evitar as "larvinhas". A cama de casal é pequena e o colchão razoável (de espuma). O café da manhã foi excelente.

O quarto era muito pequeno, sem acomodações. O banheiro sem ventilação. As roupas não secavam. No dia seguinte as toalhas estavam úmidas ainda e cheirando mal, pois só trocavam a cada 3 dias, alegando "lavagem ecológica".!! Os empregados trabalham com medo constante da supervisão exercida pela proprietária ou "olheiros". O café da manhã é sofrível, a maioria alimentos industrializados. As frutas são servidas cortadas em pedaços ínfimos. As uvas são servidas por unidade e não por cachos!!!... Pedi a gentileza de um ovo frito e foi negado, sob a alegação de ser mais trabalhoso que o ovo mexido!.São muito controladores com tudo, por exemplo recusam toalha de rosto dupla para o casal...... E ainda nos chamaram a atenção quando não entregamos a chave do quarto no horário para a limpeza. São muito mesquinhos em tudo. Além de propaganda enganosa em relação ao estacionamento. Nosso ficou do lado de fora, pois o que eles chamam de estacionamento não passa de um arranjo desconfortável de carros. Enfim, não é uma pousada para se sentir em casa.. Nunca passamos por isso antes. Lamentável o que passamos lá. Somente a vista da pousada é que dá para se levar em conta, o resto, não recomendamos.

Pousada muito agradável, de longe se percebe que os funcionários foram bem treinados, há sauna seca e úmida, um diferencial, só tenho elogios. Mas se o hóspede tiver algum tipo de problema de mobilidade, já não vai gostar, pois o acesso é por muitos degraus.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário Lucas, que foi muito atencioso e prestativo. O local muito aconchegante, nos sentimos em casa , só que com uma vista realmente linda. Adoramos e pretendemos voltar.

A pousada é linda , a vista incrível , funcionários educados e prestativos ! Porém o conforto do quarto deixou a desejar , colchão ruim e com odor desagradável, solicitamos a troca de roupa de cama achando que seria ela porém o cheiro ruim dos travesseiros e colchão permaneceu , o acesso a pousada é difícil devido as condições da estrada por ser uma rua não pavimentada.
