Close to shops and good enough

Papaya is close to the north beach and the shops, but quite a long way from the more popular south beach. The free WiFi really only works reliably outside the rooms because these are shipping containers and the metal walls interfere. The rooms were very basic with okay beds, and the breakfast was good.

Pousada zero conforto. Além de chuveiro ruim, mangueirinha do chuveiro pendurada bem no centro do chuveiro (nao fica paralela a parede) e caindo a todo instante. Os quartos possuem portas de vidro e a pousada fica toda iluminada durante a noite, a cortina não veda a iluminação. Portanto, dorme-se com alta claridade no quarto! O quarto é BEEEM pequeno! O atendimento não é nada além de satisfatório. Café da manhã normal. Pelo preço, decepcionante. Já fiquei em pousadas melhores, pelo mesmo custo na cidade.

It was a great experience from the check in to the check out. The staff was friendly and provided outstanding customer service. Plus the breakfast and location that were exceptional as well. I'm definitely staying there again next time I'm in Ubachuva 😁

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay and it's very unique. It's within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the aquarium and the beach. Praia Tenório is the best beach to go to and it's just a 10 minute Uber ride. The breakfast was good, rooms were small but clean. When I return to Ubatuba, I will definitely stay again.

Apesar de ser estilo Pantanal por fora, no quarto que fiquei faltou muita coisa para conforto e bem estar. Parece que não tem manutenção há anos, tudo muito velho, ar condicionado super barulhento não funciona direito, não tem mesinha de cabeceira, nem uma cadeira ou um móvel para apoiar as coisas, a pia do banheiro, nunca vi tão baixa e ainda tem uma prateleira acima que a gente precisa desviar para escovar os dentes, o pior foram as baratas, como podem entregar o quarto para um hóspede com baratas mortas no banheiro e no quarto? Não volto mais, não indico

Gostaria de dizer que nesses dias em que fiquei hospedado com minha família, fomos muito bem tratados. Todos do staff foram receptivos, se importavam em deixar todo o local bem organizado e limpo. Nosso quarto sempre estava com toalhas novas e sabonetes, o cafe da manhã sempre bem servido, com varias opções. No geral, gostaria de registrar que o local é nota 1000, e vale a pena para quem busca conforto e um bom local para se hospedar.

Logo que fechei, a pousada ja me enviou um whats com a localização e me dando boas vindas, qdo chegamos fomos bem recebidos, os quartos limpos e a pousada é muito agradável, café da manhã muito gostoso, roupas de cama limpos e cheirosos, a limpeza dos quartos tb. Os animais presentes na pousada contribuem para um clima alegre e leve, animais bem tratados. Funcionários gentis e solícitos, a pousada fica no Itagua, otima localização. Adoramos e com certeza voltaremos.
