Gostamos do hotel, pé na areia, confortável e bem cuidado, tem ótimo chuveiro e camas boas, travesseiros bons, tv smart nova com app, bom café da manhã e ótima estrutura de restaurante na praia, serviço atencioso. Pontos a melhorar: recepção apertada, acessada por um estreito corredor, não tem elevador na ala em que ficamos, no quarto faltou um simples telefone para se comunicar com a recepção (gastaram tanto com móveis e economizaram com mero telefone), o quarto não tem porta com cartão digital, é aberto com uma chave e só tem disponível uma por unidade. No café da manhã, poderiam fazer tapiocas e omeletes sob demanda para estar sempre quente. Suco de laranja ruim. Poderiam oferecer água saborizada ou filtro de água na recepção. Restaurante com preços bem caros. Praia aparentava estar limpa, mas mesmo fora de alta temporada estava impropria para banho segundo a cetesb, isto foi uma decepção, e o hotel não nos avisou.

O hotel tem que melhorar na recepção do hóspede - check-in marcado para as 15 horas e só pudemos entrar mais de uma hora depois, já que não havia acomodação preparada para nossa chegada! Hotel muito bonito, limpo e colaboradores muito atenciosos! Café da manhã, ok! A única coisa que poderia ser melhor quanto ao $ e a demora dos pratos é o restaurante anexo ao hotel. Pratos saborosos, mas alguns servem pouca quantidade para o valor( ex. salada). Vinho $ bom! No geral, bom para uma região com poucas opções!

Pontos positivos: Restaurante maravilhoso! Estacionamento; Decoração dos quartos e ar condicionado; Elevador; Excelente praia. Funcionários do restaurante excelentes, em especial o Rene, que nos tratou muito bem! Pontos negativo: Na Suíte 01 ( não indico) da pra ouvir os funcionários da recepção e da cozinha chegarem pela manhã, além de ser passagem para os demais quartos. Uma delícia. Tivemos alguns problemas. 1 - internet o sinal é péssimo, precisei rotear meu celular para assistir a noite Netflix 2 - a tv do quarto que mudamos no segundo dia não pegava canal nenhum 3 - na mudança de quarto que foi feita pelos funcionários, sumiu um shampoo e um condicionar caro da minha namorada, aí perguntarmos na recepção, fomos meio ignorados e ficou por isso mesmo. 4 - ao pagarmos a conta, tinham vários produtos que não tínhamos comprado, mas assim que apontamos foi retirado da conta sem questionamentos. No geral voltaria, mas ficaria atento para estes pontos.

Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis que nos hospedamos. Todos os funcionários, desde recepção ao restaurante são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã variado. Vista para o mar incrível. Comodidade de estarmos no hotel e ao mesmo tempo na praia (pé na areia). Quarto excelente diante do que escolhemos. Decoração de muito bom gosto. Cardápio do restaurante variado e pratos caprichados, mas valor elevado. Disponibilidade de empréstimo de toalhas para usar na praia, mesa, cadeiras e guarda-sol disponíveis para hospedes sem adicional. Garçons atendendo na praia. Não temos o que nos queixar. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Alguns pontos de melhoria: Sentimos falta de orientações escritas no quarto. Em cada ambiente encontramos orientações conforme o local. Mas acreditamos que seria mais eficaz se elas estivessem todas em um único informe, tipo: Horário do café da manhã Check-in e check-out, orientações sobre serviços de quarto, horário de funcionamento do restaurante, trajes permitido no horário de café, dentre outros. O quarto não possui telefone com ramal. Se quiséssemos tirar dúvidas, tínhamos que ir à recepção ou telefonar no hotel. Não identificamos serviço de quarto em relação ao restaurante, se quiséssemos pedir algo no quarto. Nosso quarto não possui acessibilidade. No aplicativo de viagem não informa que a troca de quarto está sujeita a alteração de valor, no caso o valor subiria consideravelmente.
