Apartamento muito bom, dá pra melhorar, falta ar condicionado, em dia de muito calor, deve ser bem complicado, mas é muito limpo e organizado. Perto de padaria, mercado, etc... O proprietário é muito gente boa, atencioso e ajuda muito para chegar sem erros no local.
Lembro aos que forem para lá, que apesar de o site estar com o endereço certo, pelo google maps o endereço é na Rua 5 e não na Rua 3. Jogando a Rua 5 no GPS dá certo.
