Imóvel espaçoso e bem organizado, o condomínio é bem familiar, próximo à praia e ao centro. Proprietário atencioso. As piscinas, como mostra nas fotos, são várias e bem espaçosas. Condomínio bem organizado. Super recomendo.

Adoramos o AP. Tudo novo, como nas fotos. Bem espaçoso, acomoda bem as 6 pessoas. Colchões novos. Eletrodomésticos ótimos. TV com Netflix, wi-fi. Condomínio entregue recentemente, vaga coberta, piscina ótima. A praia de Pereque tem águas tranquilas, e possui quiosques. Nota 10 certeza q voltaremos.
