Ty Traeth or The Beach House is a comfortable, stylish and recently modernised beach front house and offers the ideal base for your perfect holiday, summer or winter.

ACCOMMODATION

Upstairs contains the fully fitted kitchen with a superb 5 ring range cooker; double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster.

The spacious lounge with a feature fireplace is bright and spacious with carpeted floor. The living area has a comfy sofa for three and a large armchair. There a state-of-the-art 40" Sony TV & Blue Ray plus FREE broadband. It opens out onto a private balcony on which to bask in the sunshine and take in the beautiful sea views.

The ground floor contains two large double bedrooms one with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have new quality wood wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a sink/vanity unit.

The bathroom also on the ground floor, has a glass shower screen and a shower over the bath. Off the rear bedroom is a sun room with large picture window overlooking the garden. There is also a travel cot & high chair available upon request.

If you are into surfing or any other water-sports, this lovely property is perfectly located to experience the beautiful Cardigan Bay. It's an "upside-down" house with the living room upstairs and the bedrooms on the ground floor.
