Surrounded by all the island fun from locally-owned restaurants and super cute shops .
A quick 2 minute walk to the beach or pier.
Our home includes everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Now, with a fully stocked kitchen, including a blender and crock pot.
Bed rooms come with luxurious memory foam mattresses, and the living room has a large sofa.
Come unwind and enjoy your time.

Our condo can sleep 5 guests comfortable.
1 king master bed room with bathroom.
2 bathrooms
1 queen guest bedroom .
another full bath in hallway.
1 Rollaway bed
1 baby pack and play
1 sectional sofa in living area
Guest access
You will have 2 parking spaces.
The parking is labeled as #6 and #7 . it is in the parking lot behind our building on izlar ave. the street right before silver directly in front of chu's
Please do not park in other units' parking spots. If someone is in your space, please call us, and we will take care of it.
If you have guest that need to park, they can park at the lot by the Tybee pier or on the street. Those are paid to park from 8am to 8 pm

Please check your cancelation policy. We recommend travel insurance. We are on an island, and the weather can change, but we adhere to our cancelation policy.

The name of our building is Boylston place. We are unit 1. PLEASE READ PARKING DIRECTIONS!! Our parking space is on Izlar. The street, before silver, the first parking lot on the right in front of chu's. you will walk through the gate to the back of our building. #6 and 7 there is not a garage but pictures for parking is in the garage photos. We ask that our guest. Please take out the trash when checking out and put the dishes in the dishwasher and start them. The trash cans are downstairs at the front of the building. You can use any one you like. We hope you enjoy your stay and come and visit us again.

We stayed one week at this location. The property was very clean and decorated nicely. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants nearby or driving into Savannah. The only complaint we had, which would be helpful, would be an instruction page- like which garbage can outside can we use, are we supposed to strip the beds and wash linens? Little things like that. Otherwise I would highly recommend this place and stay again. The manager was very helpful and communicated well. We had a wonderful trip!

One problem that we had was we thought there was a view of the beach from the condo which there was not. The other problem was that the TV in the master would not work. I go to sleep watching TV every night and no matter what we tried it would not work. The others worked fine. You need to fix that problem. Otherwise the condo was beautiful and served our every need.
