Even nicer than the pictures

Great location pretty much right on the beach ( not busy road and small parking lot between but they do not obscure view).The apartment is beautiful and set up well. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice touch having 2 hair dryers available. They also had some beach items on the deck- 1 chair, umbrella, boogie board. If you can bring your own beach chairs do so as they are pretty pricey at the local stores.Within walking distance to local tourist type shops and restaurants and a grocery store is within a short driving distance.Comfy beds. There is an elevator but we were on 1st landing so didn't use it. Nice big covered deck overlooking the water.Several heavy wood porch chairs and a hammock that dumped me out twice. We enjoyed our stay. If you go you must eat at The Crab Shack and go on the trolley tour of Savannah on the first day or so. That really helped us figure out what we wanted to do with our time PS There is one king bed room, 2 queens room and a single queen room. Some discrepancy in listing saying 2 king beds in description.

Great getaway for 3 generations

Clean and great location. Had 3 generations including teenagers and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable and view from deck was amazing. Great communication from host. The pool was closed for a couple days for maintenance, but that is about the only negative from our stay.

Great getaway!

We were so pleased with this condo. Everything was so clean and the furnishings were very nice. The back deck has a wonderful view of the ocean. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, the master bedroom pillows could use an update. Other than that, we thought everything was perfect and we willl look to stay here again!!!

Perfect location

This property is perfect! Short walk to the Pier, shopping, and restaurants/bars. The interior is super comfy and designed so beautifully. Every detail is perfect! My daughter (24) and I (66), had a wonderful time.

3 Ladies Fall Getaway

OUAT#1 was an excellent location for our ladies getaway. It was roomy & decorated in modern farmhouse style. Beds were comfortable. Oversized deck was very nice for relaxing in the mornings & late afternoons. Unit is close enough to walk into Tybee town. We highly recommend OUAT #1. being hlproblem

Excellent

It was a wonderful property. It was very comfortable and clean. 5 adults and 2 young kids enjoyed the size of the property, the outdoor patio, and the proximity to the beach access. Literally the only thin i would say could be improved is labeling the light switches (because there are so many) and the front patio door is difficult to open (just have to put your back into it). Overall it was amazing and i will definitely book there again!!g

Perfection!

This property was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor was inviting. The porch was very large and a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean. It is in a perfect location. The boardwalk to the beach is very close and convenient. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk away. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Tybee time is always a good time!

The location, the expansive patio & the view of the ocean were our favorite things about this property. The outside of the property looks fairly old & weathered & is currently under some renovations however, the inside of this condo is beautiful & fresh! It is very roomy & well appointed. Beds are nice, linens are nice, aa well as bathrooms & laundry. The kitchen could use a few more updated utensils for cooking. And more coffee mugs. Only four coffee mugs for a condo that sleeps 8. And if you like glass wine glasses this condo only has plastic. Plenty of nice plates & bowls. The property manager was easy to contact & quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would stay here again because the patio & view are excellent!

Girls trip

We really enjoyed this condo for our girls trip. We did arrive to find a workers trailer in front of our unit to repair the AC . The management co was very gracious and compensated us for the inconvenience. The condo was super nice and clean, great location, good views. I wpuld recommend that curtains be added to the living space for more privacy at night but it definitely met our expectations. The pool is a few blocks away from condo and was a very tight area in the middle of a block so not so appealing.

Great location, bare minimum comforts

The place is a great location. Bare minimum provided. Minimal towels. No beach towels provided even though you’re right on the beach. No laundry detergent to wash towels. No first aid kit, barely enough soap. Pillows and beds are not the most comfortable and kitchen supplies are very low quality and minimal.

Best unit in Tybee

The place was amazing…even better than the pictures. The communication from rental till checkout was spot on. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need except food. Nice grocery store short drive away.

Great experience

If you want a great way to experience Tybee Island & Savanna area, this is your place. Great views of the Atlantic & nice locations close by for eateries. Short drive to Savannah to explore the shops & riverwalk. Definitely would recommend.

Weekend Trip with Family

This property was just as advertised and was very roomy and comfortable for the family. The only change that might increase the enjoyment of future stays would be curtains in the great room and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise, this was a great experience for everyone. I would recommend this property.

wonderful location with view of the ocean

The condo was well laid out and it was great to have elevator when we arrived and left. The porch was a special feature with lots of chairs and nice view of the ocean (though higher levels would be even better for that). Great common areas and bedrooms/bathrooms not fancy but perfectly suitable. Two recommendations - add grab bars in the showers. Kitchen needs more pots and pans (only one tiny fry pan) and coffee mugs (only 5 which was enough for us but not for larger groups). Otherwise it was everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay here again
