The ONLY elevator in the complex services your unit (31C). It can be found to the right of parking space, just past the staircase, around the corner on right. There you will also find luggage carts for your convenience- please return after you’ve unloaded your gear.

We stayed here for seven nights at the end of July 2025. Despite the outside temps being obscenely hot that week, we had a great vacation. Spent lots of time exploring the beach nearby, and also drove into Savannah most days/evenings. The unit itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a successful beach week. The water smells like rotten eggs and it doesn’t stay cold at all. The owners, Vrbo , and Insurance didwas not helpful. They just want you to deal with it. We were given a refund but charged for one day. I will not be booking through Vrbo again ruined my New Years Vacation.
