We had a great time staying here. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. There was an extra bed and bathroom on the ground floor that I was not aware of, which was nice. The house was very close to all the things we wanted to do on the island.

Beach house on Tybee

This was a great location, quiet, clean and served us well.Big house with plenty of space nice pathway to the beach. We had one problem with one of our beds, when we contacted the management they quickly dropped off a blowup mattress for us, we were happy they helped us.

Overall and great place to stay!

Overall a great place to stay with cleanliness on the inside. The downstairs outside porch could use some attention to cleanliness: sweeping, ripped / old cushions, sweeping and ensuring the propane gas tank was replaced and working prior to arrival. We ended up not being able to cook out on the night planned and should have checked the tank on our immediate arrival. We went out to dinner the first and last nights and wanted to cook in on the middle night. The beds were all creaky. Even the slightest turn and the beds creek in all rooms. The master bed, the side closest to the one-night stand makes you sink into a hole when you lay on that side alone. I would say the beds being creaky and uncomfortable was the biggest complaint. It would be nice to have blackout curtains on one side per family feedback. I am an early riser so its ok for those that wake up when the sun comes up. It is nicely decorated and thank you for the starter coffee and soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap/ dishwasher soap and sponge. Such a nice area and easy access/ short walk to the beach.

Fantastic place!

Group total= 2 adults (together), 3 teens (17/f & 2x 13/m) Comfortable and spacious. Well appointed. Everything we needed and more. Excellent location- access to all the island has to offer from this spot. Excellent beach access. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect location!

This house was less than a five minute walk from the beach and the perfect size for our family. It wasn’t too close to the commercial areas, so nice and quiet.

Loved the quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to everything! Beach is beautiful. Wonderful restaurants everywhere. House was very clean and had the amenities needed.

Nice Place

The place was nice. Patio furniture is old and rusty and needs to be replaced. Pretty sure the master shower leaks as every time it was used you could see a wet area on drywall ceiling under it. Absolutely a great location! Loved hanging out on the veranda every evening. Nice relaxing place to stay. I would definitely return.

Good location, property has potential but has issues

Our extended family was pleased with the location and found it quiet despite being adjacent to main road. Easy walk to beach, convenient for bicycling. There were numerous small maintenance issues that are easy to overlook and didn’t impact our stay. However, there were some significant issues which indicate lack of investment and upkeep by owner: most patio furniture rusted and falling apart, grill is also in bad condition. The queen bed mattresses are horrendous with one being stiff as a board, and the other (in master suite) is worn and soggy with a creaky box spring that would wake the dead (better off sleeping on couch). I doubt the owner has slept in the master suite anytime recently… If these issues were corrected I would rate it 5 out of 5 for a family visit to Tybee.
