Very nice townhouse

We had a good stay until the hurricane hit. Short walk to the beach, good parking, near restaurants, comfortable beds and roomy living accommodations

Great location

Had a few issues but we're handle in a quick time, even had a leak from the condo above late in the night and someone came right out to take care of it. Just wish checkout was at 11am instead of 10am. Will use Southern Belle rentals again.

A great property for our family vacation. Close to everything. There was a problem with the dryer and the issue was taken care of before we knew there was one. We did not make it to the pool so I have no comments either way. I will say the tiny bottle of dish washing liquid is not enough for 1 meal and definitely not enough for a longer stay but that would my only comment about anything.

1st timeer loved it

loved the ease and communication with staff except the pool was not available on last day...even hotels will let you swim before you check out. AND we even paid for late checkout so we could but was not told that we would not be allowed....only bummer.....will stay again

Beach with a bit of Savannah

Property was clean and near the beach. Plenty of towels and supplies provided per description. Neighborhood was safe and near downtown area. Calls to property manager about a few maintenance things were returned promptly. We were missing a broom and any type of vacuum to keep up with the sand.

Great Location!

This was a great location for the beach and the arcade/restaurant area a couple blocks away! The apartment was clean and well put-together. There were some great family games available, cable or streaming in most of the bedrooms (the remote in the living room had a couple buttons missing so I had to get creative when wanting to select certain items), and plenty of staple kitchen tools & plateware. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience (the porch is perfect for AM coffee and reading since it's west-facing!), and would definitely look at renting again in the future!

nice property great location

This is a spacious and clean property in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach or to the main drag yet has little traffic . The one aspect that caused us grief was the fact that you can hear your neighbors above's every move. Just our luck the renters above had kids that ran non stop and it was very very loud and disturbing. This was too bad as otherwise it would have been a near perfect property.

Very cute

This property was a bit expensive but it was very clean and very cute perfect for my sister daughter niece and nephew for my sister's 40th birthday trip very close to the beach we rented bikes for 3 days and were able to pretty much ride everywhere only sucky part was that pool you have to get a code to every single day and if you don't get there by noon I will tell you you won't get a chair and they wouldn't let us go to the pool the day we checked out just for a few hours that kind of sucked other than that it was fantastic and the pictures actually matched which is very rare

It was just ok.

This place could’ve been a little cleaner and could’ve offered ear plugs. The neighbors were so loud.!! Pool was not convenient. Beach towels and laundry detergent would’ve been nice as well. Overall I felt like this place was not worth the price we paid.

Apartment 3-4 minutes away from the beach.

The apartment is cozy. The rooms and decorations look exactly like in the pictures. The check-in process was super easy. There are wet spots on the ceiling in the kitchen so that the paint fell off. Furthermore, the curtain rods in the bedrooms were not properly installed and immediately fell as we entered the room. You should also plan on bringing your own laundry and dishwasher detergent as they did not have any. So the description of the supplies might be not accurate. If you have a family with kids or teenagers in the apartment above you, you will hear every step they take… It can be loud. Besides that, it’s a 3-4 minute walk to the beach or the pier area with many restaurants, which is great. Overall, it’s a great apartment for a good price.

our stay

The living room television was not working when we arrived. We did not receive a very satisfactory or timely response as to how to fix it. We ended up having to buy our own cable and to fix it ourselves. When I enquired about being compensated for the price of the cable I never received a response. The instructions note that you may be charged $100 for inquiries which surprised us as well. Overall the place was very nice and clean however, we thought we were renting a single family home and not a condominium.
