This beautiful new construction home named “Sandy Feet Retreat” is located just a few blocks from Downtown Tybee, the islands only grocery store(IGA)...and of course... the beach!!

The home features an electric/covered pool that will allow parents to truly relax knowing their child is safe at all times!!!! ***Check out the uploaded YouTube video*** or type “Automatic Covered Pool - Tybee” into YouTube’s search engine.

Pool dimensions are 12 feet by 20 feet. Sun-ledge, 4 inch shadow end, for the kiddos to splash in the first 3 feet of the pool! Pool progresses in depth, after this ledge, from three feet deep to a maximum of 5 feet 10 inches.

Pool can be heated for an additional cost of $50 per night. Please note that it is a heated pool, not a hot tub. We heat the pool to the industry standard of 85 degrees. We will do our best to heat the pool to 85, but if temperatures drop below 50, heating challenges can occur.

The home is a four bedroom/three and a half bath home with all the amenities a family could ask for.

The homes layout:

Level one, or underneath the home, consists of a fenced-in large play area with many games/entertainment items to keep things fun!! A large 55 inch Smart TV, ping-pong table, corn-hole boards, extra fridge, dart board, gas grill(propane provided), and a large 8 person table are just a few of the entertainment items provided. This is the level that kids will LOVE!!

Level two consists of the master bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, large living area, walkout screened porch, dining room and the laundry room.

The master is equipped with a king bed, 55 inch Smart TV, large master bath with walk in shower, soaker tub, and a large master closet.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Coffee maker, blender, pots/pans, etc... Four counter barstools for additional seating at the bar/countertop.

The dining room consists of an 8 person farm table for all to gather....speaking of an 8 person farm table...one will also be available on the front porch for gatherings along with a conversation seating area.

The living room consists of two large couches, and 4 arm chairs. Plenty of seating for a large family/group! There is a half bath that is off the living room for easy access.

Level three consists of three bedrooms and two baths. One bathroom consist of a tub shower, and the second a walk in shower.

Both bathrooms upstairs are connected to bedrooms for added privacy. Bedroom one will have a queen bed. Bedroom two will have a king bed with an additional trundle that will convert into another king bed. Bedroom three will have a queen bed with another pull trundle that will also convert into a king bed.

All bedrooms will be equipped with smart TV's so you can stream your favorite shows/movies through your personal account!

Beach towels, beach tent, beach cart, and several beach chairs are provided!!!

Polywood furniture on the pool deck for plenty of seating and long lasting durability.

The home is also equipped with a Nest keyless entry system, so need to hassle with keys. Each guest is provided a unique code the day prior to their arrival. Simple and easy!

Sandy Feet Retreat truly has it all!!!

It is highly recommend that guests purchase additional travel insurance to protect their stay in the event they need to cancel. Private travel insurance can be purchased at Travelinsurance.com or similar sights. Refunds or credits for future stays will only be provided when the island is closed to short term vacation rentals or an evacuation is ordered for the island.

Excellent home within walking distance to beach and shops

Highly recommend this home for family vacations. The games located in the first floor “garage” made for great memories shared amongst the family. The pool was great as well as the outdoor furniture. The large bedrooms were perfect for accommodating everyone. Will stay again!! 10/10!!

11 Girls for a 30th Bday Trip

The house was great! Very spacious for 11 women! A short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend!! We all thoroughly enjoyed Tybee Island & Savannah was a short drive. We also luved Pirate Fest...what fun!!

We loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and spacious. There were 6 adults traveling (3 couples), so we had room to spare. We appreciated the screened-in porch for dining and lounging. The location is quiet but close to everything. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house for a family

Our family had a great time. We enjoyed the large living area, pool, screened in porch, and play area under the house. There were plenty of rooms so that we could spread out for sleeping and private times, but also a great living area with kitchen for being together. There are 3 seating areas available for 8 people and we enjoyed them all!

Perfect Tybee Bachelorette

Beautiful house for big family stays or bachelorette parties. It is modern with big living areas and chairs for everyone. Communication with host was great with quick responses. The beach is about a 10 minute walk from the house. My only suggestion would be to add more bath towels and better pool towels. Overall, it was a great stay!

They had everything we needed to start of our great weekend. You just do not know how important that is. Shampoo.. great lotion.. games for the kiddos.. all of the best tv apps.. Fun Week With Friends!

My family stayed in this rental with friends (5 kids total) during spring break week and had a great time. The HEATED pool is the best feature and the kids spent so much time swimming. We rented bikes and this rental is in a perfect, quite location that is still just a bike ride away from everything we needed!

Just perfect!

The house was great- perfect location to get anywhere on the island and a 3 minute trip to the grocery. We traveled with our kids ranging from 7-22 and everyone had their own space but also enough room to gather together around the table! The kitchen was perfect for all the meals we prepared and the ping pong table and darts got lots of use! The house was clean and felt so cozy with the beach decor! Even though it was a bit chilly during our stay, we still loved the outdoor space with the screened-in porch and the backyard! We will certainly be back!!

Amazing time on Tybee Island

We loved our trip to Tybee Island and the house was outstanding, perfect for our family and guests. Rooms were super spacious and living spaces were perfect for large groups. We even had Chef Chris Litts with The Curated Chefs prepare multiple meals while we rented the vacation house. Chef Chris's complete package included selecting the food with allergies in mind, cooking and the best, finishing with cleanup. His vast experiences in Napa at high end restaurants was evident, a true culinary experience! The services don't come with the house, but if you don't want to cook, this is an option. There was a grill for us to use which was perfect on the days we cooked ourselves. The house itself was fully stocked with items needed for our entire stay (i.e. beach towels, laundry detergent, beach toys and chairs, wagon, etc.). The small pool was great for relaxing and the kids loved it after the beach. Bring bug spray. The screened in porch was a bonus. A quick shower outside was a great way to rinse off after the beach as well. The downstairs was full of games, darts and ping pong. The owners were fantastic, quick to respond to any issue we had, which were just a couple of very minor things. The beach was a short walking distance and the house AC worked fantastic, especially with 90+degrees in August. The house was super clean, very warm and inviting with TVs in every room.The kids loved that. Wifi was great with no issues. Will return again, thanks!

Perfect Weekend Getaway to Tybee Island

Great, clean, well-appointed property, just like pictured. We had plenty of room for 9 adults, really enjoyed the wide open kitchen/living area and the downstairs eating/gaming area open to the pool. Location was great, convenient to all Tybee beaches and just short drive into Savannah. Host was very accommodating and instructions on how to use everything at the house were really clear. Highly recommend this property and would stay again when we visit the area next time.

Great location.

Great Trip

We had a great trip! We loved all the beds, baths and space. The pool was amazing. This house was close to beaches, restaurants and nightlife. We would definitely recommend it to a family member or friend and we would consider staying here again. Mr. Bigwood was a great host and was great with the communication throughout the process.

Wonderful home

Overall we had a great time! Just some small issues in the house. I would suggest a wine opener, new can opener (didn't work), batteries (AAA) for remotes, more than one dish towel, some kind of storage containers for leftovers, or baggies, scissors, fly swatter, and some scrap paper.
