The Mermaids are flipping their tails! We are so excited to introduce our newest property, Palms on Fifth available winter 2025! This is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft. property located near south end. It is about 5 blocks to the Back River beach and pier and also within walking distance to Tybee's main beach, pier and pavilion. Palms on Fifth is a great property for friend or family groups needing separate spaces and looking for comfort and convenience. Come enjoy Palms on Fifth for shopping and dining on the south end, a quiet sunrise beach walk or a equally relaxing sunset stroll along the Back River. Dog-friendly and ideally located, it offers the best of Tybee Island!

The main living level of the home on 2nd floor has a very spacious living area with lots of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The eat-in kitchen includes seating for 4 with additional seating for 6 on enclosed sun porch. Formal dining area with seating for 8.

This main level has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom on this level offers guests a king-size bed, flat screen TV and attached bath with tub and shower combo.

The 2nd bedroom on this level has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV and a half bath.

On the lower level of Palms on Fifth, there is another master bedroom suite with king-size bed, flat screen TV and attached full bathroom with tub and shower combo. Also on this level is another living space with futon sofa and large flat-screen TV and mini-fridge.

As this home is elevated, the area below the home consists of a covered screened porch complete with rocking chairs and dartboard to enjoy! Washer and dryer also located in this area.

The fenced-in backyard offers both privacy and a safe space for dogs. Accessible from the upstairs deck balcony, it features a horseshoes pit, croquet and cornhole games - perfect for families or groups to enjoy some outdoor fun together!

Palms on Fifth is located on a quiet street on Tybee perfect for a relaxing getaway. Bring or rent bikes; Tybee is the perfect place to explore on a bike!
