Beautiful top floor Condo/2 pools Steps From Beach And Pier

Cozy and comfortable, this property, 3 bed 2 ½ bath top floor condo unit 302 with a secured gate and covered parking garages. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and coastal paintings on the walls. Not to mention, the view of the ocean from your front balcony is just what the doctor ordered!
This condo is fully appointed with all modern kitchen appliances and granite counter-tops for all of your cooking needs.
The dining table seats 6 comfortably plus there are 3 bar-stools for additional seating at the bar.
The laundry room has both a full-sized washer and dryer.
The spacious and private king master suite with a brand new 32'flat screen TV, opens onto the balcony. And the master bath is beautifully appointed with a separate Jacuzzi and a walk-in shower, which are perfect for quiet getaway after a busy day at the beach or pool.
A second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds for the kids.
The living area has a 50' new flat screen TV, loveseat, sofa that can pull out as a full bed and double French doors opening to the balcony.
The large balcony area has a spacious sitting area to enjoy the view and the salty air of your beach-side retreat.
The elevator provides easy access to the pool area and the covered parking garage.
Bamboo and tile floors are in living room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms
Our condo is 100 yards from fun and sun on the beach and only a short walking distance to Tybee's Historic Pier, famous restaurants and signature shopping areas. Tybee Island is only a 20 minute drive to Historic Savannah, River Street and City Market. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation while having access to the beautiful and historic city of Savannah, GA.
Must be at least 25 years or older to lease unit. This is not a pet friendly rental and there is NO SMOKING allowed.

This is our second home, even though it's just minutes from our primary residence. If you need anything, we're only a phone call away, so be sure to give us a call.

Nice place, big balcony. Walk to beach The problems are that no one advised us that the elevator does not work, and that you have no control of the a/c. The temp is set and doesn't change even when you think you turned it down.

Great space! 3 bedrooms within 2 minutes of walking distance to the beach! Awesome view from the balcony! Pool and hot tub courtyard area is great for the kids! Closes at 9pm, which keeps the area quiet at night. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance too!

Awesome Place

Loved Staying here. 1 block from the beach and 1 block from shops and restaurants. We had a fantastic time here. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to unwind and enjoy the beach. Also just a short ride into to the beautiful city of Savannah.

This condo is in a great location! It's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars & shopping. Everything was clean & well kept. The only thing that was a disappointment was not having a luggage cart to carry all our stuff up to the 3rd floor.

What a great Condo!

I would stay here over and over, the Condo was wonderful it did not disappoint at all, everything was in good working order and everything you need is there. It is steps away from the main Pier and shops. I give the Condo and it's owner a perfect 5. If you ever get the chance to book this Condo, do it you will not be disappointed.

Beach vacation

Great location- with in walking distance of all the shops/ restaurants and beach/pier. Plenty of space- we stayed here with 5 adults and 1 child. It was neat and tidy and we had no complaints. If you enter the garage on Butler you have to go through that garage and make a left to go into the garage for the unit. We figured that out after 10 minutes of driving bc the entrance on 15th street was closed. We really did enjoy staying here and would definatly stay again! Thanks Mai for everything.

Amazing beach stay

We could not be happier with our stay at this rental!! It was beautiful, clean, and so convenient to everything. It was right by the beach, the pier, and the shopping areas, so we could walk to everything. It was very secure, with locked gates all around, to the parking as well as the pool. While our stay included our family (with a 19- and 21-year-old), it would have been great for children of all ages as well. In addition, the layout included 2 bedrooms at one end of the condo (for the sleeping-in college kids) and the primary bedroom at the other end of the layout, so we didn'twake the kids in the morning when we got up. All in all, we have nothing negative to say about this beautiful rental, and would stay there again without hesitation! 🏖 😊
