This house was built by my parents for the winters in a warmer climate. Now that both have passed on, looking to rent the house until I retire
Two bedroom, fully furnished house on foundation. In a gated adult community. Full kitchen sleeps 8 adults. Includes two golf courses (green fees are extra) and golf cart. Propoane BBQ outside. Access to club house, restaurant, pool are all included. Numerous community activities as well. Close to outlets and malls. 45 minutes from Tampa Airport / downtown Tampa. Half an hour to Busch Gardens, 1.5 hours to Disney
