Lavender Lodge is the perfect home away from home. A beautiful recently renovated 1920s bungalow on a quiet street just 2 minutes walk to the centre of Twizel.
This is the perfect place for families and groups, wifi is included and it's fully fenced with a kennel for the family dog.
The house itself sleeps 8 plus a sleep-out that sleeps up to 4 that is also available.
As well as a wood burning fire there is a newly installed heat pump to keep you extra cosy during winter.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

Our stay was excellent. Comfortable accommodation and very clean and tidy. There are a few maintenance things to do that even the cleaners should have picked up, but apart from that I would highly recommend this property to everyone.

Great location to explore the local region
We stayed here with a large group (2 families, grandparents, 3 kids) for a week of the school holidays. Plenty to do in the area, with Mt Cook, Tekapo and nearby ski fields all accessible. The house was cold on the first night but the property manager dropped off an extra heater to keep us warm. Lots of space (and bathrooms) in the house to allow us to all stay together comfortably. The kids particularly enjoyed the bunk room!

What a lovely property
We had an amazing time staying at this villa. The kitchen was well set out. and having two bathroom facilities in the house was great. There were lots of bedrooms, which makes it great for any family unit. The sleepout was great to with its own bathroom . We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use again if vacant.

Shower is is broken and rooms And lounge are untidy. House is to cold no heather in the rooms. Property has to be repainted and fix the doors as they are gaps on the windows.
