Brand new studio located in the heart of Twizel with only a short stroll into the town centre.
This is one of two units located up a pathway with spectacular mountain views. Offering a gorgeous gable window where you can relax and look out to the McKenzie areas famous night sky reserve and beautiful Ben Ohau range.
You have the entire Studio unit to yourself.
You will have the entire home to yourself.
We are a business and only operate during business hours ( MOnday- Friday 9am-3pm)
If we are called to the property outside of business hours a call out fee will be charged.
The cutlery is in a hidden draw inside the top kitchen draw.
Check out time of 10am is strict so we can ensure cleaning is completed before check in time. A late check out fee will be charged if you depart after 10am unless a late check out is arranged prior.
Checking out after 11AM means you incur a full days fee.
A fee of $100.00 will be charged to you as the guest if we are called out to the premises after business hours ( Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday- Friday) unless deemed not liable by our technician.
This will be charged and paid in full prior to us arriving at the premisis. As banking deposits can take up to more than 48hours to be processed.
Smoking inside is NOT ALLOWED and will result in a $200 charge for professional cleaning.
