Small room, tiny shower but it was clean and everything worked. Good price near the eclipse
I stayed in a cabin well equipped, had Kichen. Room is clean but not too many restaurants nearby.
Property location is great - close to Mt Washington and Franconia park. The pool, kiddie play area and large lawn look well-maintained. The cottage for two we stayed in was clean but small and worn out. Best for flopping into a comfortable bed and getting a hot shower after a day outside. A new outdoor grill and table on the covered porch were nice. It appears there are new owners and they seem to be working on updating by making needed repairs and small improvements. We can’t speak to the other cottages or motel units and those could be better appointed (eg - real table inside not a TV tray) and/or in stages of updating.
Family friendly place to stay. Very clean. Definitely going back
Going here reminds me of vacationing as a child... almost Dirty Dancing like... I have stayed in the motel, the houses and the cottages over the past 2 summers

Convenient location, great customer service, room was clean and well stocked. Perfect outdoor amenities for children including pool, playground, basketball hoop, plenty of room to play. Only thing I would change is addding room darkening curtains.
