Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location
We recently rented this home for a short stay and, while the location was absolutely fantastic, the condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the home was poorly maintained and not nearly as clean or functional as we expected.The photos in the listing painted a much rosier picture than reality. In person, we found several maintenance issues, including main kitchen tap was broken, dishwasher not working(including leaking), studio bathroom had a broken tap handle, main dinning room table was not functioning nor safe and overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority.It’s disappointing when a place doesn’t live up to the expectations set by its listing. With some attention and care, this could be a wonderful rental given the great neighborhood—but as it stands, we wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
