Spotless room, great breakfast. I emailed needing to change the dates of our stay on 1/9/25, no one responded. When we got to the hotel and I explained we needed to leave a day early I was told the extra night couldn't be refunded because I hadn’t told them before the 10/9/25. I was able to produce the email but the lady stated said it hadn’t been received. So,I would advise not to pay in advance.

A night at Sebel Twin Towers

Very impressed with my room. Immaculately clean, modern and everything I needed. I checked in around 3pm and although the check in was professional, there was no warmth or particular friendliness. My friends came to see around 6.15pm. Approached the front desk and asked same person who checked me in “could we ask your help”. The staff member said “no, go over there”, pointing to another desk. Disappointing. Breakfast was excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Checkout was good. Friendly staff member and I actually commented to her that it was nice to have a friendly face on leaving. I would recommend the hotel for location, rooms and facilities

Walking distance to everything, so many dining options to choose from. Room was good size, we were on level 5 and had a great view over the ocean. Staff were helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was on point. We will be back.
