Our 2 bedroom unit plus separate sleeping area (sleeps 6 max) awaits your arrival.
Everything you need is a short stroll from the Unit: patrolled surf beach, busy café culture, boutique shops, galleries, Surf & Bowls Club. Whether you are looking for a family holiday, weekend with friends, event, work trip or some relax time, this beautifully appointed unit has it all!
Your home away from home, our Fabulous 2 bedroom Unit (sleeps 6) is your perfect place whether you are seeking a beachside holiday full of fun and adventure, relaxing weekend getaway, have an event to attend, or you may wish to savour the superb culinary delights from the large array of restaurants and cafes on offer at Kingscliff Village (a few steps from the Unit) and Salt Village (a short 10 minute drive).
Located in Kingscliff, the Patrolled Surf Beach is directly opposite the complex and the Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Surf Club, Bowls Club and the cafe culture of Kingscliff are a few steps from the Unit
The Unit features 2 good sized bedrooms (main with ensuite) and a separate sleeping or 2nd lounge area with a Double Sofa Bed.
Study nook in 2nd living area for those who need to work while on holidays.
Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite Bedroom 2: 2 x King Single Beds Separate Sleeping area (2nd lounge): 1 x Double Sofa Bed. (note to have access to this sofa bed you need to book and pay for 5 or 6 guests - extra charges apply)
Milk, tea, coffee, Bath and Beach Towels, bathroom essentials are also provided for your use.
There is 1 secure car park for the Unit and and street parking is available (some metered and some free parking close to the Cudgen Surf Club).
Washing machine and Dryer, free unlimited WIFI, air conditioning and ceiling fans are also provided for your comfort and use.
The Kitchen has every appliance you need and the Laundry is fully functioning with a washer and dryer, all for your use.
The Unit is very generous in size, and beautifully appointed with all the home comforts. You shall have the full use of all Resort amenities during your stay (Pool and Spa - note: gym is currently under upgrade and facilities on-site are not available).
A boutique shopping centre with Supermarket, Bakery, Surf Shop, Liquor Store etc. are all located in Kingscliff Village.
Kingscliff and Casuarina have some fabulous walking and bike tracks, should you wish to discover the local surrounds via bike paths. Bike Hire is also available from private operators.
The local area offers so much from surfing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, horse riding, sailing dining, dining, swimming, snorkelling (Cudgen Creek), sailing (Cabarita Lake) or just sit back and enjoy the local surrounds.
Approximately 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and 45 minutes from Ballina Airport.
Please note this is a "no party, no pets, no events and no smoking" property. You shall have full and private access to the Unit and access to the amenities of the Resort are shared with other Guests.
There are a few locked cupboards in the apartment which are for cleaners and staff use only.
The unit is located on level 1 and is easily accessed via lift or stairs.
You will receive 2x security fobs on lanyards to access the unit, underground carpark and all common areas such as the pool area (ground floor)
This Unit is a privately owned Unit and we ask that you direct all questions to us and not the Resort Staff, or the main Reception Staff unless there is an issue with the resort facililties such as the pool or spa then you may report these issues to the Resort staff direct.
