Our room was excellent, beaches only a short walk away. Carpets in common areas are due for a clean, that's my only negative. We had a beautiful relaxing stay.

Beautifully kept grounds. Staff were helpful but the building is showing signs of wear and looks tired. Paintwork needs to be redone in the area where we were and some cabinetry was swollen due to water damage.

Nice property in a lovely location. However, customer service was absolutely terrible! Had an issue in our room and they did not seem in the slightest interested in helping us to resolve. Even after consulting with the manager, he didn’t even try to help. Getting a taxi was also difficult and again staff seemed reluctant to help. Also, most on site facilities seemed closed. We understand it was off season but there was no warning of this before arrival. Only interested in your money and not your experience. Would never stay there again

No housekeeping service unless you stay more than 8 nights , no instructions for use of oven and stovetop and no instructions on digital compendium. We had enquired and had be told that bathrobes were provided but they were not provided. No air fresheners in any bathrooms and exhaust fan did not work in bathrooms

The staff, especially the reception staff were helpful, knowledgeable with personality plus. The room was great as was all the amenities. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was had to walk outside to go to the bar overall had a fantastic holiday. Would really recommend it.

TLC would be great fully appreciated

Found general cleanliness to be lacking in hallways and bathroom. Facility looked and felt dated. Bed was quite uncomfortable to me due to excessive softness. It felt more like a hammock unfortunately. But on a positive note the staff were excellent and check in and checkout were seamless.

We've stayed here before and it is a lovely location. The bar in the hotel never seems to be open though and no room service, so you have to go outside the hotel for everything food and beverage. Definitely room for improvement in the cleaning aspect, no internet or foxtel in the bedroom for the tv. And really dislike the shutters for the bathroom. No one wants to listen to the other person using the bathroom. The onsite complimentary parking is great.
