Your four-legged friends are more than welcome here! Enjoy the spacious, fully fenced backyard where your pets can play freely. The large deck offers ample space for everyone to unwind, including your furry companions, who can bask in the gentle ocean breezes alongside you.

The expansive balcony overlooking the ocean is the perfect setting for memorable BBQs with family and friends or simply enjoying your morning coffee feeling the ocean breeze. As well as soaking up the sun and unwind on the Balinese daybed with your favourite book.

Step into a spacious, level backyard ideal for all outdoor activities—perfect for fun-filled gatherings with kids. Enjoy direct beach access via a public path, where you can swim between the flags (during summer school holidays) or head south to the sheltered estuary for a relaxing swim or a spot of fishing.

Pottsville is a charming family-oriented coastal town set at the mouth of Mooball creek.
The local creeks and beaches are ideal for kayaking, fishing, and swimming, and boast a large variety of Australian wildlife. Great beach house for two families

My partner and I (early 60's) stayed in June, and had two friends come and stay for 2 of the 5 nights. The house is perfectly set up for two families with the bottom floor having 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunks, and one bedroom with a queen - downstairs is serviced by a good sized bathroom and separate toilet - there is also a good laundry on the ground floor, and a lounge area with a TV. Upstairs is another queen bedroom with ensuite, a large living / dining area and kitchen. The house is well furnished with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out. Our only complaint would be that there is more bedding needed - the house is very cold in Winter, and with no floor coverings or heating (there is a wood stove, but we could not get it to work as the flue seemed blocked). The doonas were too thin to be effective. The mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen needs some love - simple things like a bread board and coffee plunger were missing, however there was more than enough crockery, mugs and wine glasses for a big crowd. I would advise that the internal stairs are quite steep. The house has a good vibe to it, and there is plenty of room / areas to hang out. While we were staying Energex were replacing some poiles and we lost power over 2 days. LJ Hooker were very accommodating, polite and responsive and we were happy with how the situation was resolved. All in all, a lovely beach house that just needs a bit of TLC.
