Golden Star Hotel Simply the best

Jeg ankom til hotel Golden Star, omkring kl. 23:00 Jeg havde booket og BETALT for mit værelse hjemmefra DK. På hotellet, bliver receptionisten meget overrasket, da jeg ankommer og gerne vil vises til mit værelse, jeg er temmelig træt, efter rejsen til BH. Det viser sig, at hotellet hverken har modtaget, reservation ELLER de penge jeg har betalt for mit værelse. Jeg måtte betale kontant for et værelse, da de kun modtager rede penge. Men Jeg fik en 1.klasses behandling på hotellet, og hjælp til, at undersøge om al det andet, som var betalt hjemmefra, også viste sig at være fup og fidus. Det var rigtig synd for Golden Star Hotel, de var så kede af, og pinligt berørte af den oplevelse jeg fik, SOM på ingen måde var deres skyld. Jeg rejser alene, for første gang nogensinde, jeg ville nok være gået i panik over situationen, almindeligvis. Jeg tog det roligt, ingen grund til andet, TAKKET VÆRE HOTEL GOLDEN STAR´s meget kompetente personale
