The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended.

No hay transporte que ayude a los huéspedes a llegar al hotel, si tuvieran transporte incluido tendrían más ventas. El área de la alberca, SUCIA, DESCUIDADA, con fauna nociva, arañas e insectos por todos lados sobre los camastros rojos, manchados, no se si los laven pero se veían sucios y asquerosos. El cristal de la puerta en el sanitario de la habitación, es malisimo, se ve todo hacia dentro, deberían poner una película más gruesa, por favor. Personal insuficiente, 3 empleados para todos los servicios? Dudaria en regresar a ese hotel

Para ser un hotel recien construido, carece de sercixio, falta de personal, capacitación, ya que no sabian ni emitir una factura, no incluyen paquetes de desayuno y a la carta solo si el Chef se encontrara en el hotel. Habitaciones con arena, falta de agua en regaderas, los baños sucios, el.personal de recepción nefastes, carácter, calidez, falta de atención en general y jetones, en la alberca, sucia, y les falta personal para atender. En general, servico pésimo.

La propiedad está descuida y sucia te ponen reglas como no meter alimentos ni bebidas pero solo a las personas de Expedia ya que otros huéspedes no los restringen, está sucio y te tratan mal no sé dónde colocar las imágenes de la alberca sucia los camastros y mesas sucias al igual que las habitaciones no funcionaba la TV tubiron que poner pilas y te dan un tarjetero para guardar las llaves a todo esto te obligan a consumir en su restaurante que si las intaciones están sucias imaginar cómo está el restaurante ya que no te dejan meter bebidas y alimentos pero solo a personas de Expedia ya que otros huéspedes metieron comida y bebidas inclusive al área de alberca
