It is conveniently close to restaurants, Midtown, shopping , and the University of Alabama's campus! This condo is a budget friendly option when visiting Tuscaloosa for games, campus visits, parents' weekends and any other occasion. This is a budget friendly, economical condo.
The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to cook a meal as well as a coffee starter set and snack basket! There are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub shower.
Located at Traditions Condominiums, the property includes an in-ground swimming pool, fitness center, tanning beds, and club house.
There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.
Please note: There is a train that runs directly behind the complex. This can be loud. We have sound machines in the bedroom that will help with this.
Please note: There is NO elevator and the unit is located on the third floor. You must use the stairs.
