My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Windsong. The room was great, the turndown service was a nice touch with mats at the side of the bed. The staff was so friendly and nice. Loved the service we received from Lancy at the restaurant. The food was delicious also. Loved snorkeling right off the beach. Noticed people from the Beaches Resort were coming to Windsong location to snorkel. So glad we chose Windsong.

There are many nice hotels on Grace Bay but this seemed to really appeal to us. Friendly and helpful staff with a perfect location next to the reef.

The room definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and comfortable. The beach could not be more gorgeous and all of the water activities are included - paddle boards, snorkel equipment. beach chairs, etc. Great overall experience! You can also rent bikes (included) and bike to restaurants or other resorts.

Loved it! Great staff and beautiful accommodations!!

We upgraded to a ocean view suite. It was bigger than my first apartment. It had the most beautiful view I have ever seen. The suite had a full kitchen with all the trimmings. Because I love to cook, we cooked several meals in. I can not speak highly enough of this hotel or its staff. Every one is incredibly helpful.

Great hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff that always has a smile on their face! Rooms are clean and modern. Each floor level has a washer/dryer which is a huge plus if you plan on being at the beach everyday. There is a Resturant right at the hotel (Jojo's Cafe) try to sit at a table overlooking the Ocean. If you make a quick left out of the resort there is another spot called Somewhere Cafe. The location is right on the beach with the most beautiful clear water and powder soft sand. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Try to do a least one excursion to see how beautiful this island really is. If you are there on a Thursday, skip dinner plans and go straight to the fish fry! Special shoutout to Royalton who was always there to assist us. A big thank you to the rest of the staff for always making our visits memorable ones! We will see the Windsong again next year!

Love this hotel!!! Great location RIGHT on the beach!

Wonderful stay beds super comfortable Staff very friendly Great water sports

Turks and Caicos is a fantastically beautiful island group, and the Windsong is at the location the other hotels on Grace Bay wish they had. We met numerous families who were staying at all-inclusive resorts elsewhere, but who came down to the Windsong because of the reef offshore. The reef is partially protected (no swimmers) but there is plenty of connecting reef to observe, and the Windsong's stretch of beach sees little boat traffic (we saw two boats in five days), making it very safe. The beaches are pristine white and the water is many shades of blue. The water depth increases slowly, making it ideal for small children. The facility feels very safe and is totally family-friendly. Masks, snorkels and fins are available for a small rental fee; other watercraft (rings, sleds, paddle boards, a Hobie cat, etc) are free to use and life vests are provided. We saw rays, sea turtles, lobsters, and too many fish species to count. The facility is small enough so that we knew many of the staff within two days; they are very friendly and responsive. The staff will help plan outside activities as much or as little as you prefer. We had one of the "smaller" room which was quite sufficient. The on-site restaurant, JoJo's, has a small but very good menu. Facility condition is pristine, which is quite an achievement in a maritime environment. There is a small hotel shop for those critical things which you may have forgotten. Bring your preferred sunscreen and lots of it.

Exceptional service and cleanliness the only downside are the disabled accessibility. Needs a little bit more access however the staff made everything easier and we genuinely helpful. The beds were a bit too high for gram however everything else was great.

Excellent for couples! The hotel certainly exceeded expectations. It's a boutique hotel with plenty of privacy, convenience, and access to different things. Probably the best bang for your buck for a luxury hotel.

We absolutely loved the resort. When we walked in to the room we were thrilled with the exceptional 2 bedroom suite. (around 2000 square feet) The view was amazing and the room was modern and had all of the conveniences of home. The kitchen was a full chef's kitchen and was equipped with everything you would need to cook including, pots, pans, plates, etc.. There were two things related to service the hotel should work on. First, the front desk was not very welcoming. When we checked in there was no real greeting and it was not even clear we were in the right place to check in. The elusive porter was nowhere in sight and the front desk staff made no attempt to summon him or help with luggage. As the rooms are quire a distance from the front desk, it would have been helpful to have more assistance. Also for this type of hotel, the front desk really should make more of an effort to be welcoming. A smile and description of the resort would be helpful and they did not do any of that. The experience when we checked out was similar. The other issue related to cribs. We requested two cribs and when we arrived they said that they only had one available and could get us another one in the morning. After explaining that I could not let one infant sleep on the floor, they were able to get another crib but this did take fairly aggressive action on my part. This all happened on the first day and we were VERY happy that the level of service significantly improved after that. Even with the service issues, One other thing to point out is that the breakfasts were amazing! a perfect way to start the day with a great breakfast in front of the ocean. The wait staff were always very pleasant also. I would return to this resort in a minute and loved the relaxing stay.

If you're looking for a peaceful beach vacation far from the boom boom boom of resorts like Beaches, choose this hotel. The beach was breathtaking, the service impeccable, and the amenities to die for. I will go again and again.

We loved our stay at the Windsong Resort! The location is beautiful and right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and great for swimming and snorkeling. The entire staff was extremely friendly especially Royalton! Thanks for everything!

Nice rooms, great pool and beach. Food below average. Views amazing. Activities good.

Location was great, rooms were clean, a bit pricey though.

My wife and I have stayed several times and keep coming back, the hotel is just good value and great location near a small reef for snorkeling. service is always friendly and good.

We stayed 4 nights in November. Got a standard garden view room. It was a really nice modern clean room, and great bathroom. The room had everything we needed. Only compliant was that the windows in the bedroom were small. The hotel property was wonderful. Large pool, many lounge/sitting areas, small shop. The beach access was perfect. Always had lounge chairs available. Many floaties/toys/activities were available for free. The bight reef was a 2 minute walk. Breakfast was included. It was basic continental items. Food at the hotel was very much average. We did not eat lunch or dinner here. Overall, very impressed with the hotel. If food was better, would have given it 5 stars.

Windsong is a boutique hotel that allows for personalized attention and you never feel like one of the crowd. The hotel was not fully occupied when we visited as it was shoulder season but as we walked to some of the larger hotels we realized that we were much better off at our hotel. There was space to be had both poolside and on the beach. Plenty of parking on premises and despite the number of families at the hotel, it was pleasantly quiet. You will need to arrange for transport if you want to go to the main restaurant/shopping area. If not, the restaurant on premises is good and reasonably priced and there are a few other dining options at the nearby resorts which you can reach by walking on the beach. TCI is a laid back destination. It is not a party island. Take your family, spouse, best friend and a good book (the hotel also offers free movie rentals). Good company with most beautiful beaches in the backdrop is the best vacation you can have. I would definitely recommend Windsong.

The hotel was staff was helpful, the room was clean and prepped. The continental breakfast was great. Wifi was a bit tricky in some areas of the hotel, but -you're on vacation so whatever. I wish there was a hot tub, but other than that, very pleased. So many water sports were included in the package.
