The Atrium Resort

This was our second visit to the Atrium. Management is great and friendly. The pool is great and very large. We really like the Leeward beach and it is much quieter than Grace Bay. It is great the Atrium put chairs out on the beach for guests. This year the guy was nice to bring out extra chairs on the days a very large group used them all day as they came and went for hours. The condos are very nice and we enjoy having 2 bathroom. The condo was clean although it appeared sweeping had been over looked. The unit had a broom and was not a big issue. The kitchen was not stocked very well but management was great at providing all the items we requested. The little store on the property is very convenient and also sales alcohol on Sundays. We are hoping to visit again next year and hope the lounge chairs have been replaced.

The new manager of the Atrium - Robert- does incredible job, the property is one of the best in Providenciales! The property has 24 hour security, gated;, has a beautiful pool, the gym, walking distance from the beach, recommended!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with our children at The Atrium and were very happy with the property. Pros: Lots of space, unit was well equipped, clean and conveniently located near the front gate/entrance. Cons: The property is misleadingly listed as a resort but don't offer very much other than a small gym, playroom with 1 pool table and 1 ping pong table. The swimming pool complex is beautiful and well maintained but that was everything they offered. There is also a very small store on the premises with very limited hours. This property is located on the far end of Grace Bay in a residential area which was very nice. The beach front is walking distance from the property but was very small. We drove down to the beach at Bight Park and had a better time but there are no chairs/umbrellas on the public beach.

I stayed at the Atrium Resort when visiting my then fiance. It was a studio, but was nicely appointed and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, and while the bathroom was on the small side, it had great finishes. We enjoyed the pool at night which while public, was very private. And the safety of the property was a plus, as the security gate made me feel safer at night. I would recommend this place. The only suggestion would be to have housekeepkng available during the stay.

I booked this hotel at the advice of my son who lives in TCI. I was looking for a place for a family of four that wouldn't totally blow our vacation budget knowing how pricey it is to visit TCI. The condo unit we rented was perfect for a family of four. The unit was clean and modern will all the amenities (beach towels, washer/dryer) we needed. The 2 bathrooms were a must with three women in our family. The pool area is one of the nicer ones I've seen in Provo and I was surprised that we actually used the game room. The women all enjoyed some time at the Spa that is conveniently located in the complex. It is about a ten minute walk to the beach but they set up chairs and umbrellas for you. One hidden gem is that there is a small reef near the beach chair set up that is marvelous for snorkeling especially for novices like me. The only down side at being at this resort is that there is nothing walkable in terms or restaurants or shops so you need transportation or be able to shell out some dough for cabs and shuttles.

This place has really gone down hill. New management is rude. Whole place smells like mold. Kitchens are not equipped. Beds are hard as rocks. No dressers to put clothes away. No maid service. Dryers don't work. It was a horrible experience. Will not go back.

We rented a 2-bedroom in May 2017. it was a great value, and we were within 10 minutes of great snorkeling and dining opportunities. Evening time at the pool was relaxing and quiet. One bedroom was very small and a long way from the bathroom, creating a bit of inconvenience, and the office is only manned during daytime hours, but all in all we saved a lot of money staying here, with no significant regrets. I would come back.

An average condo property on Providenciales. Just the little extras need some attention. The suites themselves are in decent condition (this is all dependent on the owners I suppose and how closely they care for their prooperty). We were on a ground floor and had seen several large bugs in both bathrooms...the nature I suppose of the tropics and ground floors. The games room lacked any upkepp whatsoever, the billiards table was not in great condition, particularly the pool cues...no tips on any of them. No rake available and the pockets were stretched out often causing balls to fall through and onto the floors. On a few occasions, children were allowed to play around in there and with the equipment, which would explain why it's in such terrible shape. The pool are is very nice but I didn't notice any maintenance of the pool at night. So you could feel the sand along the corners. Overall, it's a decent complex, gated and with security but just some extra attention to the details.

We booked our 5th trip to Provo and decided to try staying off Grace Bay beach to both save money and try something different. The Atrium is located is the Leeward area with gated access. The grounds are nice and the pool is great. We rented a 1 bedroom premium condo that was in very good shape but lacking in basic necessities in the kitchen and bedroom. The only dresser for cloths was a very small 4 drawer cabinet and the closet which was good size only contained 6 hangers, so we ended up buying more at the IGA because the front desk could not help us with anymore. The kitchen glassware was very basic with 6 wine glasses, 2 water glasses and 1 plastic cup. Dinnerware was a basic setup for 4 servings with a few pieces missing. The biggest problem I think is it was not a true VRBO private owned unit with management lacking interest in the upkeep or comfort of the vacationers. They do bring chairs and umbrellas down to sunset beach every day but when they show up is a guessing game, out of the 8 days we were there it was never before 9:30 am and a few times as late as 11:00 am. If you want to save a few bucks I guess it may be worth it but compared to Royal West, Coral Gardens ,and the others we have stayed at on the island we would not return. WIFI was very good

I loved the location and private security. Close to everything you need with out the busyness of Grace Bay. Travel to and from the resort along one highway in a small amount of time. The beach a few minutes walk had more privaticy than others. Great spot for relaxing.
