This was the best resort I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing, I wish I could name all the staff members that were helpful but I can’t because EVERYONE would be mentioned. When we arrived at the hotel staff had a cold towel and a fruit drink that was delicious. They gave each guest a personal tour of the hotel and the amenities that were offered. There are three dining options at the hotel that were fair price and delicious. The breakfast is hard to describe because the amount of food options you would have to see to believe. The beach was clean and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. I could go on and on. All I can say is that you will not be disappointed when you stay. Not to mention the view. Looking forward to going back next year.

This may very well be the most beautiful and luxurious resort I have ever stayed at in my 43 years. The rooms are immaculate. Clean, modern, and have every possible appliance or living need you can imagine that I haven’t before seen in other hotels. The staff is wonderful. And I mean wonderful. Perched on one of the world’s best beaches with a grocery store and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. I can, without hesitation, recommend this as one of the most unbelievable Caribbean beachfront properties in existence. Seven stars all around!

The rooms are amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious! The property welcomes you with an alcoholic drink and a cold towel! Complimentary breakfast is included with your stay and such a large variety of hot food! Very thoughtful touches are included throughout the entire property such as free reusable water bottles, water filling stations, free sunscreen, ice, and beach towels. They give out fresh fruit and set up beach chairs with towels as you’re lounging out on the prettiest beach ever! The rooms account for everything you could possibly need from toiletries to laundry supplies to a fully stocked kitchen. There are personal ice makers in each room. The housekeeping is very thorough and greet you by name. This resort is a bit dated as far as the architecture but the stellar customer service and amenities far exceeded my expectations!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another Exceptional Stay at Seven Stars Resort! I wanted to take a few minutes to share about our recent stay at Seven Stars Resort on Grace Bay in beautiful Turks and Caicos. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and just as expected — everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and accommodations. One person who truly made our stay special was Jemica at the front desk. We had originally booked an island-view room, but hoped to upgrade to an ocean view if possible. Jemica went out of her way to show us several options, patiently helping us find the perfect fit. Thanks to her, we ended up in Room 3507, which was absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and offering breathtaking ocean views that made every morning unforgettable. Her professionalism and kindness truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. A huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff, who work so hard every day and do an excellent job, always with a great attitude. And we can’t forget Charles, who served us wonderful food and drinks on the beach and brightened every day with his warm personality and friendly nature. He truly made our beach experience even more enjoyable! The included breakfast is another highlight. The selection is incredible — you could have something different every day! This is a beautiful property with a great location on Grace Bay. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance and a very nice grocery store also in walking distance. The accommodations couldn’t be better with a huge living room and fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. It was like a luxury condominium. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Bikes were provided and we enjoyed biking almost every day. The area felt very safe. We will definitely be back.
