Plus: the views and beach are incredible. That’s mostly where the value lies. The water, the proximity, amazing. Decent gym.
Minus: customer service was lacking, at almost 1k/night you’d think they’d be 5 star service and friendliness - definitely not the case at all. Super high priced for a low experience care level. There appears to be mold on the ceiling in 211 guest bedroom and it looks like they just keep painting over it. We got rashes this trip and both got sick. Not sure that’s a coincidence.. the shower door in that bathroom doesn’t close. Feels like a 400/ night stay as far as customer service, amenities and state of the room.
I wonder if other beach front rooms have better luck and no mold, I am not sure I’ll find out, but this one was rough and trouble sleeping in that room. I hope it gets truly remediated and not just sprayed and painted.
