Stayed here one night during a recent business junket across Italy. A co-worker picked it out. Overall, it was very nice with a modern decor, inside and out. Front desk seems a bit small so I wonder how they would handle a large group checking in. Rooms were great with very high ceilings. No noise problems but perhaps I had quiet neighbors. Decent breakfast menu and the warm food was warm, cold offering were still cold. The standout here was the buildings history. The hotel and attached shopping mall are in the old Fiat factory and Fiat had their test track on the roof. I heard Top Gear covered this in an episode. If you ask at the Front Desk, they'll give you a key to go up and check it out. Great views of Turin and the Alps and if you have your workout kit, go for a run so you can tell people you've jogged on a race course. very cool.

We had already contacted the hotel to arrange an airport pick up which went smoothly even with our flights being changed and delayed. We arrived at the hotel with our room ready and check in was smooth. We left our luggage and went out to explore. On our return we frequented the bar with the most helpful and polite barmen, what a delight it was and we returned every evening during our stay. On Saturday evening we returned late and surprised the restaurant was still open and serving where we sat for a lovely meal. Nothing is too much for the staff of this hotel, when we return, it will be to the NH Lingotto.

We are just back from three nights in Turin and what a base for our adventures! After a difficult journey in the pouring rain, the reception staff made us so welcome and upgraded our room. Nothing was too much trouble! The room was spotlessly clean with a fabulous comfortable bed. The view to the Alps was absolutely breathtaking. It was such a relaxing space after exploring the wonderful city of Turin. We arrived back one evening to find a beautiful tin of chocolates and a note from the staff for my partner's birthday. Just little touches like that made our stay so memorable. The breakfasts were wonderful with so much choice and really gave us a great start to the day. The food from the restaurant was also superb, although mostly we chose to eat at Eataly (a MUST visit, just a few steps away from the hotel). The location was also superb, a few stops on the excellent Metro takes you right into the heart of Turin. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we are already planning to go back. What a wonderful place!! Kirsty & James

I spent a Sunday night in this hotel and patronized its restaurant for a late dinner. The hotel is ok, but the styling--despite the Bertoia chairs--is depressing. Even more depressing is the restaurant (aka the breakfast room) layout. The food was abysmal, with burnt fish, faux nouvelle cuisine plating, and no taste at all. I wonder where NH hires its restaurant personnel, for they were totally unprofessional, joking and playing tricks at the few customers. Unappropriate to say the least.

Our over Christmas stay started off great. But then after a couple of days we got noisy neighbours in the adjacent room with only a thin door in between us. We moved to another room but the neighbour there was watching "The Italian Job" full blast on the TV (seriously!). We moved again but it was a smoking room and stank (I thought that smoking was illegal in hotels now!) next room was on the first floor and was right above KFC in the shopping area below and stank of fried chicken. Next room was just above the shopping centre PA system so was like a disco. Next room seemed quiet until the breeze picked up and the roller blind outside the window started tapping against the glass. Oh and through the night the staff were passing our door (service lift was adjacent) and rolling trollies over the speed bumps installed along the corridor. Sadly, I really want to like this hotel, but if its too noisey to sleep, I won't be able to stay again.

We were visiting a business colleague and stayed in this hotel. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. The grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Friendly staff. Big rooms. Good atmosphere. The hotel is at the end of the metro line and so it's easy to move around Turin for one euro fifty for 90 mins of travel including the trams. Go on a round trip on the number 7 tram as it's historic and give a good tour. The hotel being just a small part of the buliding has easy access to the fiat gallery and the famous race track on the roof. This building has been on TV and either top gear or a James May special. King size bed, crisp linen. One down side no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Excellent hotel. Location was great. In the same building complex, which was an old Fiat factory there are cinemas, shops and restaurants. Huge rooms, clean, everything newly done and works well. Great breakfast in the morning. Easy to get lost though, especially when trying to find the entrance back to the hotel from the shopping centre! Easy walk to the train station and about 750m to the automobile museum. We stayed her for only one night as part of a Cosmos tour.

Very nice hotel, well located, private parking, right beside the metro station. Large shopping centre in the complex and the bonus ... Eataly is at the end of the road. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. The bedroom was big and bright. Clean bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful

Convenient and comfortable hotel, with car parking and closed to metro station to visit downtown . Great breakfast with fresh bread, pastries and smoothies. Rooms are nice and clean. It can be a good deal.
