Enjoyed our stay here, spent four nights on a family trip. The hotel itself is nice it’s similar to a UK travel lodge, no frills but the price is so reasonable you don’t expect frills!! Breakfast was nice, it was the same every day but again great value considering the price of the room. We exclusively used public transport and I have to say the transport system in Turin is really superb, but the hotel is a good 40 minutes on the bus which is just a little too far out at the end of a long day in the heat!! It’s probably the major downside to the hotel, however there’s a supermarket next door which is handy and the bus stops are a minutes walk. The staff are great and very accommodating and the bar is nice to get a drink at the end of a day. I’d definitely recommend this hotel especially if you have your own transport.
I was at this hotel, room was very neat and new, good breakfast in te morning, good service. I would recommend this. Price is fair for the all service received. Overall a good experience. Parking inside the basement which makes you feel safer than leave your car on the street.
Simply basic with No frills. Ideal for the 2 night stay to attend an event. Could do with a re vamp and a proper clean as certain areas of the room (413) were dusty, curtains and carpet could do with a wash as room smelt musky. Breakfast very basic - continental offerings of usual foods and they did serve microwave scramble eggs and bacon. Soft drink from reception €6 Coffee €1.50 There’s a large supermarket round the back of the hotel and a bakery.
Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Not much going on in the surrounding area, very little in the way of bars shops or restaurants.Supermarket right next door. Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.
The hotel is in a residential area a long way from the city centre. The rooms are clean and the wi fi works well. Think ‘Travel Lodge’. There are no luxuries like beverage making facilities or a bath, just showers, toilet, sink, and bidet. The towels were large, soft, and clean, and replaced daily. The staff were happy and helpful. The breakfast was fine, plenty of choice, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, bread, etc., The coffee in the breakfast room came from a machine. It was drinkable. They made coffee in the bar for 1 euro and that was excellent. The bar prices generally were reasonable too. The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is because of the distance from the city centre, think Uxbridge.
The hotel really exceeded our expectations, when we got there - value for price is very very good. The room was spacious and the bed big and comfy. Everything was clean and nice. The only thing was that it appeared that our room was a smoker room, but the smell faded soon (or we got used to it, which means it wasn't that bad). The breakfast was also wonderful. The location is a bit far from the centre but easily accessible by car or public transport I guess.
I've spent two nights in this hotel during the business trip. Hotel is comfortable and quiet. Big attitude is the King size bed. There was no mineral water or cups in the room. Breakfast was good. There is big garage in the ground floor what's also big attitude.
I stayed here with two friends because we went to a concert in a nearby shopping centre so the convenient location and the low price was what convinced us to stay at this hotel. We're all girls in our twenties and I get that we might not be the usual guests at this "business hotel" but we're still paying customers and deserve to be treated as such. When we arrived by car, the woman at the reception seemed a little bit weirded out and wouldn't let us drive into the parking garage at first. When we managed to get into the hotel, we got told about the basics in a very rough way and sent to our room. The staff do speak English, but they prefer not to. When our Italian friend arrived they were way more talkative, even if they still didn't act very polite. The room itself was clean and absolutely sufficient for our purpose. But that's about the only good thing I have to tell here. When we asked the staff at the reception a question about the shopping center and when it opens they were rude again and didn't really help us out. Breakfast was just about standard for a hotel that calls itself a business hotel. There was a small selection of food and some hot beverages. Some plates were dirty and there was little to no service which disappointed me. When we wanted to tip the guy at the reception while checking out he refused our tip in a rude way and we left. All in all, if all you're looking for is a nice clean room with a bed for a good price - this is the place for you. But don't expect any of the staff to be kind to you if you're a young-looking woman that doesn't speak Italian. I will not stay here again.
Hotel is 10 minutes by car from center and a half an hour from Juve stadion! Brakfast was very good and the room was clean but the only remark is that we didnt have in our room clean towels. There were only dirty ones from the guests before us.
Very Nice hotel in Turin. We had two Big And Clean Rooms with all Services. Hotel is in a quiet area where You Can sleep deeply. Breakfast can be improved. It's Not Close To The center But You Can use The Car or bus.
