Esperienza con EXPEDIA da NON ripetere. Prenotata on line una camera matrimoniale superior, per la quale è arrivata conferma via mail, ma al nostro arrivo ci è stata assegnata prima una camera a due letti e poi una camera matrimoniale economy, motivando con “Expedia ci ha prenotato una camera economy”. Ho chiesto all’hotel di poter avere la documentazione di tale prenotazione da parte di Expedia, ma al momento non l’ho ancora ricevuta. In ogni caso l’hotel ha detto che le camere superior erano comunque tutte impegnate (e quindi non prenotabili dal sito Expedia…). Camera pulita ma molto “datata”, ferma agli anni 70, con corredo di bruciature di sigaretta sui comodini, una sola presa elettrica in camera e impianto di accensione/regolazione temperatura non utilizzabile. Unico punto a favore la gentilezza del personale

un buon punto di appoggio

Sono stato una sera di novembre in questo albergo, mi sono trovato bene, arredo classico, parquet sul pavimento. L'accoglienza è stato ottima, un bel sorriso e tanta gentilezza. Un ottimo punto di appoggio se si è in zona ad costo molto molto conveniente. Unico dettaglio scomodo è stato che nella stanza c'è una sola spina P10 (classica presa di casa) nel bagno, mentre nella stanza c'è una spina P11 (presa grande da 16A). Chi ha un dispositivo da ricaricare (cellulare/tablet/computer) deve collegarlo in bagno. Per quanto mi riguarda che devo girare spesso per lavoro, ho una prolunga con più spine, ma non tutti hanno questa accortezza. Suggerisco di cambiare la presa P11 con una P17/P11 (la cosiddetta presa multipasso cosi che prenda sia spine grandi che piccole).

Hotel sicuramente da ristrutturare però devo dire che nonostante le molte recensioni negative io devo dire che per quello che ho speso mi aspettavo di peggio,le camere comunque grandi,pulizia ok sia della camera che delle lenzuala ed asciugamani e anche la colazione e stata sufficente,non vi aspettate chissa che cosa io ho passato una sola notte ero di passaggio comunque x una notte può andare,sicuramente e da ristrutturare.

Appena arrivati il climatizzatore non funzionava e l'abbiamo fatto presente....rientrando alle 2 di notte scopriamo che il problema non era stato risolto. Ci è stato detto che non c'erano più camere disponibili e alla nostra intenzione di andarcene miracolosamente è spuntata una camera climatizzata. Al momento del pagamento mi viene comunicato che il prezzo era a persona e non a camera.....dopo aver mostrato la prenotazione dove era ben visibile che la tariffa comprendeva una camera per 2 ospiti ho pagato il giusto

Conosco questo albergo da tanti anni, ma non avevo mai avuto l'occasione di vederlo, ho prenotato una stanza per dei miei amici. Al check in sono andata in stanza con loro, la condizione dell'hotel era capibile già da subito. Allora in generale la pulizia sembrava nella media, a parte qualche insetto morto qua e là per le scale, la pulizia della stanza terribile, addirittura qualcuno ha pensato bene di uccidere un ragno sul soffitto con una scarpa e lasciando ogni traccia, sia del ragno morto che del segno della scarpa. Il bagno faceva davvero paura, carta igienica bagnata da non si sa cosa e ragnatele ovunque. In più facevo un caldo terrificante e ho chiesto l'aria condizionata, ma ahimè non funzionava, quindi mi hanno dato un pinguino con le mille problematiche del tubo che non stava fuori dalla finestra. Gentilmente il ragazzo della reception ci ha cambiato la stanza, ma in sostanza sono proprio decadenti e la pulizia inesistente.

Zwar handelt es sich bei dem Hotel Cavalieri um ein günstiges Hotel, allerdings würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Die Klimaanlage war bei unerträglichen Temperaturen im obersten Stockwerk ausgefallen. Diese Information gab es auch nur auf Nachfrage. Hierbei antwortete der Herr an der Rezeption einfach in einem italienischen Redeschwall - äußerst unhöflich. Angeblich werde dran gearbeitet, wer’s glaubt! Englisch sprach bis auf den (einzig) freundlichen Barmann am Frühstück niemand. Im Badezimmer krabbelten Ameisen, entgegen der Beschreibung gab es auch keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gereinigt und auch das Bett nicht gemacht. Einzig bekamen wir ein frisches Handtuch. Beim Frühstück (gegen Ende der Frühstückszeit) war der Joghurt warm, das Rührei kalt und das Brot aus. An Obst gab es noch zwei braune Orangen. Ich war froh, als ich das Hotel hinter mir gelassen habe.
