Humpbacks are mostly sighted from August through to November. Backing onto reserve with easy beach access, this property is sure to impress! The main bedroom is upstairs and offers a private ensuite (with spa), queen sized bed and access out to a sun filled balcony. Downstairs is the main bathroom (with bath) and two further bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 x single beds. Conveniently located near the Tura Beach Shopping Centre, Golf Course with Country Club, library and Medical Centre and is only a short 5 minute drive to Merimbula's many attractions. While life can be busy, Tura Beach is the quiet beach getaway that you have been craving all year! *** Please note There is a double garage with an additional car space to the right of the garage. Please do not park in the driveway. It is shared access with the neighbour*****
