It seems like it is not Ramada! Very far to city center. The reception is not helpful. Rooms are very old decorated you can steal the tv and sell as antique :))) Needed to stay in that area for business otherwise no need to spend money

nice hotel but the rooms are too far from the restaurant and the meeting room also the reception services are somehow slaw need to be improved

The Hotel was a splendid place.Very good services and excellent resources. every things was nearbye. It was easy to access hotel, market, taxi, beach and restaurants. I would easy go back again and recommend to others.

the best times has passed at this hotel, rooms are not as clean as required, doors to balcony (at least my and my colleague ones) do not close properly. Buffet in restaurant - what shall I say - I definetely had much better ones.

I would definitely refer all my colleagues, counterparts, friends and family as well as other acquaintances in other parts of the world to consider staying there

Hotel was lovely, Carrefour within walking distance, nice bar on the beach. Breakfast was excellent, WiFi worked very well, pool area big and quiet. Nice big balcony. Outdoor nightclub on beach can be a bit noisy at the weekends with balcony door open.

I only spent a few hours in the hotel after a long drive from Gabes and having booked a 2 am flight back to Frankfurt. But it was great to get a warm shower a really good buffet meal and a few hours rest before flying. It was dark by the time I arrived but it appeared to have great amenities. Hope to stay for a few days on my next visit. Very convenient for the airport and my office.

The staff who pick me up from the airport are fantastic polite professtional The staff at the hotel are very professtional polite and very nice

I enjoyed my 10 days stay at Ramada. There are two security checks before you were able to check in and both the security checks and the check- in was very swift. As the room was not ready by the time I arrived, the staff offered me a fruit cocktail and a few minutes later they took me to the room. The room was well organized, very clean and with a view towards the pool area and the sea. The Air condition was working very well as it was very hot when I visited. The service I must say is very good and the hotel have a shop, a beauty parlor and a small gym, unfortunately several of the machines in the gym requires service. The outdoor area has a very clean pool, sun loungers and you have access to the beach and a beach club serving various types of beverage. I also find the hotel fairly close to the Lac area where my office was during the stay and where I spent most of the days during my time in Tunis. So a few points I was less pleased with: I had the dinner buffet a few times and all though the food was well presented and with huge varieties, it was too oily for my taste: I would recommend reducing the oil level. I would also recommend the staff to ask parents to correct children who makes a havoc during the dinner service. This happened several times and I observed how several children were screaming and making a nuisance as the parents enjoyed their food and did little to stop them. Frankly speaking, this is the last thing you want after a busy day. Another point is the music during breakfast. I want to enjoy my breakfast in peace before a busy day reading the newspaper and the last thing I want is some saxophone music blasting out during the breakfast service. I see several visitors complain about the music and light show from a nearby hotel but it did not bother me since the windows facing the pool was very well isolated in my room. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay, I felt at home and I will certainly return next time I visit Tunis

I had a bad experience my self, which is the cause of of the average feedback: The hotel is very large. Some rooms are located at the limits of the hotel, where there is -apparently- a summer night club. Probably to attract tourists, this club -NOT RELATED TO THE HOTEL- is playing extremely loud arabic music from 1 am to 7 am (yep, that's your whole sleep time). The isolation was not existing -if there was any. So I was listening to the music like the speakers were under my bed. You can guess how was my next day, given that I was for business purposes and had meetings. During the night I called the reception twice. The first time they said they will call the police - which obviously never happened OR it did not work and they told me that we will change the room. The second I just verified that there is nothing they could do. First thing in the morning they changed room.
