If you have booked it, please cancel your booking now. It doesn't worth the price. You can choose in the same area other better hotels, even with cheaper price. The hotel facility is in a very bad condition. The room I have spent 3 nights has no shower curtain even, so you can imagine after shower water runs everywhere. I feel so bad for the cleaning ladies, but I can't stop wondering why they just want to save some money on the shower curtains!!! Second, the hotel receptionists always lie, my card doesn't work, 5 times I'd have to climb down and get it fixed and then climb up, each time they refused to come with me and check, they lied to me that it is my fault that I shouldn't keep the card together with my phone, but the fact is that I didn't. Then I found the duty manager and he sent someone checked, the problem is the battery of the lock. But they wouldn't listen and lied to me so many times. I can't stop wondering again that is it so hard to check the problem and solve it instead of lying???? They are rude and not helpful at all. Especially for asians, please don't go there, they might look down on you. Anyway, I won't come back again. Ramada chain, Ciao!
I used go to this hotel a lot and used to be very nice and clean hotel but my last trip was horrible bad service , old furnitures , old TVs , the breakfasts is sucks.
An excellent hotel with a caring staff.
We very much enjoyed the hotel. It was too cold to actually swim but the poolside area was very nice for sunbathing Excelllent food for a buffet/all inclusive. Staff was all very friendly. Wonderful supply of personal care products such as shampoo, lotions, combs, nailfiles, slippers (a real treat). A real plus was they let us check-out an hour after the official check-out time. The only negative is there is a short cab ride to the closest restaurant/tourist shopping area which should only cost about 5 or 6 dinars but the taxi drivers kept attempting to rip us off and change the meter or turn it off and charge us a lot more so be careful of this.
