Property for the most part was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel is older and it shows. However it had great character which you won't find in newer hotels which are cookie cutter these days. Don't shy away from this one!!!

The room was very nice, beautiful and large, staff was attentive and helpful. My only complaint was that I smelled smoke. I’m not sure where it was coming from because it’s a non smoking hotel.

The location is okay although I didn't find choices of restaurants. The room is spacious and you can see the theme as once grand before and now it looks outdated. They don't provide much amenities and their towels are not in good condition. The bed is good and clean. overall..this hotel is okay for the price.

This 5 star hotel is bit far from city close to ai

This 5 star hotel is bit far from city close to airport breakfast it's ok not the best dinner also is ok.tje only problems is they have some kind of problem with the air-condition I believe they need to fit new units not the old system as did never work the room too hot during the summer there is little fridge in your room at nights sometimes disco so loud no way you can sleep.

Solid 6-8 - great personal service!

Good stay. I arrived in first week of May. Room I paid for was Junior suite. Only problem was it had no ac or fan options, as they said it is not summer yet and they are in winter months? Temperature was around 20 at night and 24-26 during the day. Things maybe out of their control: Lots of noise too because it was Saturday night and another hotel nearby had a rooftop bar which was playing loud music. I requested room change which was done quickly, and now I was on the road side … 5/6 am onwards noise outside woke me up. I suppose that can happen to anyone. But, service was absolutely good. Breakfast was budget buffet but good enough for me. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/7 from me, maybe 8 if the service of night reception and morning (Hamza) is to take in account. They went out of their way to make it comfortable for me. Thank you guys!

Spacious suite for the price of a room.

The staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I arrived at a very unsociable hour (2 am!) and they got me checked in quickly so I could rest. The room itself is massive, with a huge 4 poster bed and a lovely sitting area. Bathroom has a tub with overhead shower, plus a separate shower cubicle. The bathroom could do with a deep clean, it's an older building so starting to show some stains, but nothing of concern. The included breakfast was lovely. I did attempt to order room service but what I wanted wasn't available, which was a bit disappointing. Overall I would recommend this as a not-quite-5-star option at a fantastic price.

Check-In and First Impressions: The check-in process was seamless. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and immediately struck by the hotel's elegant and charming decor. The lobby, with its classic French-inspired design, set a luxurious tone for our stay. Room: Our room was a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The king-size bed was exceptionally plush, with high-thread-count linens that promised (and delivered) a restful sleep. The room featured tasteful furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, and a fully stocked minibar. The bathroom was spacious, with a deep soaking tub and high-quality toiletries, providing a spa-like experience. Amenities: La Maison Blanche offers a variety of amenities that cater to both relaxation and fitness. The fitness center, though small, was well-equipped and maintained.
