My brother and I spent 11 nights in this hotel, was really fantastic, warm & good welcome at reception from lovely & friendly staff especially (Walid, Jamal, Gais and Soumia) Food was also outstanding level varioues of dishes, clean and good services. All the best for hotel management.
Thank you very much for a good reception. I liked the restaurant and the daily cleaning of the hotel rooms. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and smiles to every visitor. Special thanks for Mr Walid, Mrs Soomaya and Mr Kaies.
I made a booking through Travel Republic for two nights. I arrived at the hotel and the front Desk Manager (Mohammed) informed me that there are no rooms available in the hotel and I shall have to stay somewhere else. Mohammed told me that he recoginses the hotel voucher received through Travel Republic (the hotel provider is Yalago), however, they don't have rooms available and I'll have to move to a hotel which is 30 minutes away from AVENUE HABIB BOURGUIBA. The main reason i booked at this hotel is because I needed to stay somewhere central. Mohammed refused to contact the police and non in the reception were willing to talk to me. My advise to those who are reading this message is to avoid booking at this hotel.
The hotel is situated in a convenient, central and vibrant area of Tunis The hotel itself is quite old and the facilities require a lot of attention the rooms are in a desperate need of upgrading the shower facilities are poor and need modernising In general the staff apart from the bar staff were ok but not very professional and lacked skill, communication and customer service The breakfast restaurant staff were very poor the service was non existent plates and cutlery were dirty Very disappointing
hearty thanks to Front desk manager Walid, Abdelhamid and Soumaya i have very complex reservation and cancellation, and they really kind to me with everything. nice hotel!nice people! i gonna missing you guys.
Hotel bar is perfect. Sofia and Rafik is very friendly and good stuff. I could leave the bar cause of them .They are fantastic in their jobs. Hotel place is in the city centre. All the stuff is frienly and helpful. Only the TV units ae old. Also breakfast is wonderful
Walid and his staff welcomed me from the moment I arrived to Tunis on my birthday. Was here for work, and i arrived early and the room wasnt ready but was upgraded to a suite. That evening after a long day of work I was greeted by 3 staff members with a birthday cake in my room. Great food from the restaurant. All the staff are super friendly after having a few words with them. I have to say it has been a great experience for my first time to Tunisia and would definitely recommend as it is right in the city center and feels like "home" for a good night's rest.
Well hotel located in very nicenic green street to walk , friendly street full of traditional coffeeshops, restaurants and it is closed to old town. It is clean rooms, tasty breakfast with alot of variety to choose. They have a friendly staff. WiFi is free and fast. Just they are not considering complimentary try at room, so no complimentary water neither tea coffee!! Also check in process was pooring and took too much time.
I was the only one on the front desk and there at least 5-7 people there chatting and laughing between each other and no one talked to me or asked me why I am there. It takes me more than 15 min to get my room despite. Poor service and non trained staff for a 5 stars hotel. It is a shame. There is a free wifi in the room and working well. Breakfast is ok. We were in the restaurant 6 clients but maybe 10 servers they talk between each other very loud and do not care about clients and their needs. The window's glass is very dirty and some are broken. The TV in the room is an old one NOT flat and only few channels are working.
