Room was very nice but could have done with more than just the 2 teabags for "Lady Muck". Only one towel/drying rail in the bathroom and two hooks at the back of the shower which weren't good drying options. We prefer not to get fresh towels each day... Facilities were great and membership discount for the Club restaurants and bars saved us plenty.

Lovely high floor quiet room with everything we needed for our one night stay. Club Mingara is a very short walk away being next door and handy for dinner and breakfast at member prices due to staying at Encore by Mingara. Parking is nearby, either secure at additional cost or in the club carpark. Great stay!

Very new and modern hotel. We booked a suite with a beautiful bath. When you book the room with breakfast, breakfast is in the club next door. Very generous portions and heaps of options, made to order. The pool is a public pool in the leisure centre next to the hotel so it was a bit crowded. Otherwise we had an excellent stay. Thank you to the hotel manager for taking care of us.

We loved our stay at Encore by Mingara. Our room was beautiful, very well equipped worth everything you could need, and very clean. The staff were all awesome, especially Sarah at the reception desk. The club was excellent, with choice of bars and restaurants. We ate dinner at the Chinese restaurant and the food was excellent, and the staff were great. Breakfast at the coffee shop was lovely and the staff there were great also. Will definitely be back.
