VILLA OASIS IN LUXURY CONDO IN TULUM
In one of the most beautiful and spacious condo of Tulum you will find a nice tropical garden where you will enjoy a beautiful 25 mt long swimming pool .We are approximatly 10 minutes by car from the beach and and few minutes walking distance to the centre of Tulum . For those who want to enjoy Tulum by the sea and take pleasure to enjoy the centre by night it is the right spot to stay. At night, Tulum pueblo comes alive with restaurants, bars and streetside bistros offering everything .The villa is a three floor modern architecture house with a common swimming pool in a quiet Tropical garden, The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful double living room with two large sofas . The dining room is for 10 persons , from the living room you have direct access to the pool. A guest bathroom with shower is on the ground floor. On the 1 st floor you will find a king bedroom with a beautiful garden view , a beautiful private bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is another double queen bedroom with it’s private bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor you will find this amazing Master bedroom 65 mq with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, the room can be shared and you will find 1 bathroom with a bath/shower and 1 other with shower. On the roof top you will find a kitchen with its laundry , a bathroom a dining area where you will be able to enjoy dinner. All bedrooms have air conditioning, black out curtains, ceiling fans and closets. The house is furnished with vintage tipical Yucatan wooden peaces . You will enjoy the large spaces with its big windows that offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and the large swimming pool. Parking for two cars , Wi-Fi, TV with DVD player a safe in the house is available for the guest, cleaning service 1 times a week is included in the price.
