The perfect romantic Tulum getaway awaits in this tranquil penthouse with its own sunny private plunge pool. Located in walkable Aldea Zama area close to restaurants, shops and just minutes from Tulum Beach- excellent location. This spacious penthouse features 2 floors it's the perfect escape. Building features gym and rooftop pool and our guests get exclusiveaccess to Gitano Beach, Le Zebra, and Soy Tulum Beach Clubs- airport transfers and full concierge services available. Fast wi-fi
-Please no smoking inside the property
-Please do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils
-Please do not touch pool equipment, call host if you need assistance
-Please use coasters under drinks on furniture
-Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up
-Please turn AC off when you are not at home.
-Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours between 10pm and 8am
-Please place toilet tissue in baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the
toilet.
-Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is $100 usd
